Gee’s cut the tape separating them and led the guy to the restraints. The girl was left with her hands taped behind her back and her eyes covered. After making sure everyone was awake, Shim started a tape with an automatic voice operator explaining just what was going on. “’Each of you here is a child of an officer in the five boroughs who has killed a citizen unjustly and was found not guilty by the courts. This is the street version of justice.” (Which was pronounced, Just-Us). Gee’s spoke to the last guy who he brought with the girl and told him his father along with other officers shot and killed a lady in East New York and he was going to pay for his father’s sins only to ensure this type of behavior don’t continue and to let all those know it will no longer be tolerated. Meanwhile, the news of so many kidnapped children of police officers had every channel constantly playing.
