Chapter 5 Not On My Watch

Addison POV

I’m so excited to see Ethan late today. My daddy told me to find a way for Ethan to marry me. I try to get him not to use a condom but he always wears one when we do it. Ugh it’s so frustrating. By the I the looks of it he isn’t over that stupid b***h of Arabella. For them to break up I had to drug Ethan into having s*x with me. It worked by now that b***h is back and Ethan is being cold to me. By the looks of it she may not want to talk to him after everything that happened. Which is a plus for me. I just need him not to see her anytime soon. If they do then I guess I have to talk to his dad. He always favors me and he will make Ethan do what he wants. I decided to build a restaurant but to use Ethan’s company to work on the architectural design. Also with no help from Arabella’s family. You may wonder why I don’t like her. Honestly she has always been very beautiful but my dad told me that her dad is the reason why my mom passed away. I have hated her and her family since then. I decided to get to his company 30 minutes early to see if he was up to do something naughty in his office. I go to his assistant to let me go to his office. “Hi Ethan, told me to come early to talk about a few things on the project. Can you tell him that I’m here?” I say to her “Actually Ms. He isn't in his office. He left about an hour ago for lunch and hasn’t come back.” she says. “Did he tell you he went with or what time he will come back?” I say. I was feeling nervous that he might be seeing Arabella. “Sorry Ms. but he didn’t tell me. He usually eats with his sister. If anything he might be her right now.” she says. “Oh okay thank you so much. I’ll just wait in his office for him to come back.” I say. “Actually Ms. He always locks his door when he leaves and he orders me to not tell anyone including you in his office. If you want to, take a seat in that chair right there or you can go to the meeting room to wait for him.” She says “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM!? I say. “Now now I know you didn’t just yell at Ales's assistant. What the f**k are you going here so early the meeting is at 3pm its only 2:15 pm.” Griffin says to me. “Came early to discuss a few things with Ales on how the projects.” I say. “Since when did he tell you to call him Ales? You could wait until 3pm to ask him. By the looks of you are trying to get laid aren’t you. I don’t think he would f**k you in his office.” He says I was about to answer him back when his phone starts to ring. “Why are you so happy and what have you done with my best friend?” He says. “No way am I really happy for man.” I go for his phone to talk to Ales because his friend is not treating me nice. “Hey let go of me Addison.” he says “Let me talk to him Griffin.” I say. “If he wanted to talk to you he would have told me to give you my phone. Even if he asked me to, I wouldn’t give you my phone.” He says. “What are you guys talking about? Why is he so happy.” I say still fighting him for the phone. “No you can not know about our conversation. If you must know he got a modeling job. Now run along and leave me alone.” He says pushing me off of him. “Did you seriously forget about the meeting with Addison about the designs.” he says. Ending the call. “Ales will be here in 30 minutes go to the meeting room. Also if you try to get into his office you can’t there are people watching your every move in this building.” He says with a smirk. I get scared because I don’t want Ales to know about what happened with his assistant. Hopefully no one tells him. I go to the restroom to touch up. Then I go sit near his office so I can see when he goes to go to the meeting room. 

When he got there I  greeted him with a hug. He removed my hands quickly as if my touch burned him. “What wrong Ales?” I say confused. “Nothing Addison lets get over with I have more work to do. Who told you to call me Ales?” he says without any emotion. “Your dad did have a problem with that. I would help destress after the meeting.” I say putting my hands on his chest. “No Addison I have a lot of work to get done. Then spend time with you trying to destress me when you actually can’t” He says breaking my heart. “Who came into your life that you are treating me like s**t. I was there in your lowest where was Arabella? Huh she was in New York who knows if she dated someone while being there.” I say in a mocking tone. “Why do you care if someone else came into my life? At least she is making something of herself then sleeping with every rich man she sees. At my lowest my sister was with me day and night. You were just a distraction to me and will always be.  If she did date someone she has every right to date someone else after what you did to ruin my relationship.You are the reason Arabella and I broke up. You sent her those pictures but you didn’t tell her you drugged me. By the look in your face you are shocked I know about it. You need to find someone who actually wants who and stop looking at their social status or if they are rich.”He says. I was shocked that he knew that I drugged him. “Now let's start the meeting.” he says. 

After the meeting I decided to call his dad to see if he can get Ales to be nice to me again. “Hello Addison what can I help you with?” his dad says. “I want to let you know that Ethan got mad when I called him Ales. Also that he just used me to get rid of his feelings for Arabella. He also told me that we should see other people.” I say fake crying. “I am so sorry Addison I will talk to him about this. Having a good day.” He says and hangs up quickly. He is probably going to talk to him about it. I think in my head smirking.
