I only remember flashes of what happened. One moment I was still asleep the next everyone was freaking out because the barn was on fire. The barn was on fire as the night at Sam’s home when I had to save Sky. Sky was still at the guest house. I wanted to go to him when Greyson and I went for our run, but I was so focused on him and the spell we created while running that I just simply forgot. I forgot!?
The way Greyson moved his body and each time I caught him watching me made my heart feel like it was beating for the first time in weeks. I felt alive. When we finally returned we didn’t say a word but shared a moment where we just stood and watched each other again. With a single nod, our spell was broken and I went into the barn to go to sleep.
