"Do you remember anything from the party?" Maddie asked me, I shook my head at the question. Maddie and I were sitting outside on the grass. Maddie looked off at the still water in her pool, her mind seemed to be preoccupied, she wasn't saying anything but her eyes would dart all over the place, I was curious to know what was going on in her mind. "Do you remember anything?" I asked, she snapped her neck at me and cleared her throat. I had seemed to pull her out of whatever her mind was drowning in "Um, no. Not at all.
