Dinner is something Aya is dreading as she will be facing everyone at the table again. Everyone means that not only including her grandfather but also her father. She still feels awkward around her own father that seems like a stranger to her. And she wasn’t wrong as her father did join them for dinner, along with her grandpa, her cousins Fedra and Bernard.
Since they have taken a seat at the table, her father has not once looked at her and it hurts her that he could ignore her like that.
“When will your parents and siblings arrive?” Marcel asked.
“Mom and dad are currently on their way back from their European tour, grandpa. Felicidad will be here tomorrow,” Fedra answered.
