After the heated argument, they were able to eat breakfast quietly. But after everyone was done with breakfast, Miguel was the first one to stand and left the dining room. Seeing her brother leave, Milagros stood up and followed him.
Miguel was on his way out of the house when Milagros caught up to him.
“Miguel.” She called.
“I’m done talking to you, Milagros,” Miguel replied as he climbed down the stairs to the porch.
Milagros isn’t having any of that as she still chased after her brother and she grabbed his arm, stopping him.
“Well, I am not done.” She hissed.
