Lucien was driving to the hospital excited as he knew Roma was awake and would be able to go home at some point this week. He kept feeling the pocket of his jacket as he felt the box that was nestled inside. Lucien had it all planned but just needed her to say yes to his question.
He parked the car and opened the door and got out. He shut the door before jogging to the lift to her floor locking his car on the way. He made sure the box was still there and his heart leapt just by seeing her face. He was getting fidgety as the lift seemed to take forever to go up and seemed to stop at every floor. The lift music wasn’t helping him calm down as the doors opened revealing he wasn’t on the right floor of the hospital yet. Finally, the doors opened to the floor that Roma was on, he walked slowly
