Nineteen
Sleep had definitely not come by easy because the only thing that I kept focusing on was the fact that I still had not got an answer for him and he had refused to give me an answer and I'd also refused to let me go back to sleep and just forget about the whole thing. He hugged me tight, held me close to his body as if he feared that I would leave and to be honest I was already thinking of a way out because I needed some time to myself but he did not let me have it as my eyes fluttered open. I really could not believe that I had actually managed to fall asleep.
In fact, I had fallen asleep way more peacefully than I had slept for some time after I had that dream over with. It felt awkward waking up in the at alpha Kane in the eyes but he did not seem to have any similar feelings
