"Babe, you're spacing out." Genna was flicking her fingers in my face.
"A what?" I totally missed what she was saying. We are watching Netflix right now as one of our not-so-frequent routines on Sundays.
Genna let out a frustrated sigh. "I was asking you how your mom is taking it about the lease coming up and about the move. What's going on?" She eyed me wearily.
I avoided her eyes and just pretended to watch the episodes.
"She's taking it well, knowing that this new location is still a strategic one."
