Ep 0
Somewhere in the earth.....
The fluorescent lights of the office building hummed with a low agonizing buzz. Christina snapped her laptop shut with a heavy sigh resting her forehead against the cool mahogany desk for a brief second.
Christina=Ugh... finally.I can go home and get some rest after working all day without eating anything ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ.
she muttered under her breath stretching her stiff aching shoulders.
It was past nine in the evening, and as usual she was the last one leaving the floor. Twenty-eight years old, chronically overworked and perpetually exhausted—that was her entire life in a nutshell. She grabbed her bag locked her drawer and shuffled toward the glass doors desperately dreaming of her soft bed and a hot meal.
Stepping out onto the cool city street the night air felt crisp against her warm cheeks. She took a deep breath ready to head down to the subway station. But as she reached the crosswalk a flash of bright red caught her eye.
A tiny kid in a primary-colored backpack had tripped spilling his marble collection all over the asphalt. He was scrambling on his hands and knees in the middle of the road, completely oblivious to the blinding headlights rounding the corner at full speed.
SCREECH—!!!
The driver slammed on the brakes but the heavy frame of the truck was moving far too fast.
Christina’s brain didn't even have time to register fear. Before logic could stop her, her body moved on its own. She sprinted forward with every ounce of energy left in her tired limbs throwing her weight into the child and shoving him hard onto the safety of the sidewalk.
Then came the impact.
Pain tore through her frame for less than a second before absolute numb coldness flooded her body. As the asphalt rushed up to meet her and darkness claimed her vision, a single bitter yet strangely peaceful thought echoed in her mind:
Christina=(though)God... if there's a next life please don't make me work like this again. Just let me be born into a ridiculously rich family so I can sleep all day without worrying about a single thing...
The first thing she saw after waking up was a bright white celling which was too bright for her so she closed her eyes. she sees a doctor too near her and she could hear some noises too.
???=Let me see her first.
???=No! Back off let me get a look.
???=If both of you don't move right now.I'm throwing you out the window Me first.
???=All three of you shut your mouths. I'm her dad I have priority.
Christina=(thought)Ugh... what is this terrible noise? Christina winced internally.
Christina=(though)Am I in an emergency room? Did I survive that truck? No way my ribs felt completely shattered.
She forced her heavy, stubborn eyelids to flutter open. The world was a blurry smudge of warm ivory, mahogany wood, and dazzling crystal chandeliers hanging overhead. As her vision slowly dialed into focus her heart did a sudden terrifying backflip.
Four towering, absurdly handsome men were practically climbing over each other leaning down into what felt like a padded silk-lined box.
Christina=(though)Who are these people? Why are they staring at me like I’m a priceless display at a museum?
???=My baby Ria... look at you.
the largest man boomed. He had broad shoulders dark slicked-back hair and a shadow of stubble along a jawline so sharp it could cut glass.
Despite his terrifying imposing aura his slate-grey eyes were melted with ridiculous unabashed adoration.
???=Can you hear me sweet girl? I'm your dada.
Beside him a taller slender young man with cold, calculating dark eyes pushed his way forward adjusting his navy blue suit cuffs.
???=Pay no attention to him, Ria. I am Dante, your eldest brother. From today onward, whatever you wish for consider it done.
???=Hey! Don't hog the space Mr. Heir.
a slightly younger boy squeezed past Dante flashing a bright, dangerously chaotic grin. His dimples showed, but the faint scar cutting across his eyebrow hinted that he was anything but innocent.
???=Cupcake! I'm Matteo your middle brother. The fun one. If anyone ever annoys you, just give me a tiny sign and I'll make sure they disappear forever!
Standing quietly in the back, shadowed by the silk curtains, was a third boy. He looked a few years younger, with sharp, silent eyes that scanned the room like a hawk. He didn't push or yell. He simply met her gaze and murmured quietly,
???=Luca. Your brother.
Christina’s adult mind went completely paralyzed.
Christina=(thought)Wait a minute. Hold on. Dada?! Big brothers?!
Panic spiked in her chest. She raised her hand to rub her throbbing head, but instead of her familiar, calloused, desk-worker fingers, a tiny, squishy, peach-colored fist bobbed up into her field of view. She stared at it in sheer horror.
Christina=(though)No way. NO WAY.
Christina=(thought)Did I actually die?! Did I get reincarnated with all my adult memories intact?!
Desperate to clarify the situation, she opened her mouth to ask what year it was, who they were, and why they were dressed like high-class hitmen.
christina/Aliria="Afbdg... kliop!"
A string of nonsensical, wet baby babble burbled out past her lips, accompanied by a small bubble of drool.
Christina=(thought)WHAT THE HELL?! I'M A BRAND NEW BORN BABY!
Matteo=Oh, she's trying to speak! Did you see that?!
Matteo gasped, clutching his chest dramatically.
Matteo=he said my name! I heard 'Matteo'!
Dante=She clearly said 'Dante', you delusional i***t,
Dante snapped coldly.
???=Get out. All of you.
A sharp, smooth voice—cool as ice and elegant as silk—echoed from the doorway, instantly silencing the argument. The four men froze, stepping aside with sudden, synchronized discipline.
A breathtaking woman glided into the room. She wore an emerald velvet robe, her dark hair pinned up in a pristine, effortless style. Though her posture exuded absolute authority, the moment her gaze landed on the crib, her cold blue eyes melted into pure warmth.
(ok so the thing is that Christina as a baby was in critical condition cuz she wasn't breathing and her heart wasn't working when she was born so doctor declared her dead but few minutes later she suddenly started breathing and her heart started to beat to but she wasn't waking up for like 10 hours so doctor were observing her ok but now she is fine and is getting discharged and if you thinking where are the doctor so when she started to wake up a little the doctor did her checkup and all and said they can take her home now and went away as Christina was still not in her senses when she wake up so she didn't remember it nicely.)
She gently swept Christina—now baby Aliria—into her arms, holding her close against her chest. The scent of sweet jasmine and expensive perfume wrapped around her.
???=Let my baby rest.
the woman murmured softly, looking down with a breathtaking, loving smile.
???="Welcome to the world, my dear... I'm your mama."
Aliria froze in her mother's warm embrace.
In her past life, Christina had grown up completely alone. Her birth mother had passed away due to complications during labor, and her father had died in a tragic car crash while speeding to the hospital. She had spent twenty-eight years believing she was a burden to the world, fighting through life with no one in her corner.
Feeling the gentle, protective heartbeat beneath her cheek, a thick lump formed in Aliria's tiny throat.
Christina/Aliria=(thought)A mom... a dad... brothers...
She closed her eyes, letting out a soft, contented baby sigh as she snuggled deeper into the warmth.
Christina/aliria=(thought)Thank you, God, for this second chance.
she thought quietly, a tiny smile gracing her baby lips.
Christina/Aliria=(thought)I don't care if this family is a little loud... I'm going to cherish every single second of this life.
i won't use Christina name from his past life i will use now Aliria her current name.
