The Keeper Sorceress

Arielle I kept my head low and held my breathe, one mistake and I'm sure I'll regret it for millennia. Closing my eyes and taking a long breath I summoned my magic in my closed palms.I stood up in one swift motion, bear in front of me whipped its head in my direction and let out a bone chilling roar before lunging at me. I was ready for that attack and taking few swift steps back I released a powerful shock wave in its direction or at least that's what I thought, because wave pushed him only few steps back which in turn pissed him even more. All in all I just f****d myself up, I took few more steps back to create at least five foot gap between me and the bear and once again summoned my magic but not before letting out a string of cuss words. This time I formed an energy orb in both my hands and ran in bear's directions in the hopes that it might have a greater impact on the it. "Take this" I shouted before throwing black orbs at the bear. Energy orbs indeed had greater impact on it, maybe because I use them frequently in fights, shockwave spell on the other hand is one of my newly learnt spell. I continued walking in bear's direction as I kept throwing energy orbs at the it. Meanwhile trying to think of some spell that will help me to bring this gigantic bear down because my energy orbs are might be pushing it back for now but I can't keep throwing them at it for forever. With each black orb my powers were draining too, I am not as powerful sorceress as other sorcerers and sorceresses are. If it was some other sorcerer or sorceress this bear might have been dead after first blow. I racked my brain for some powerful spell, that I can correctly spell. And came up with stand still spell "sta stil waar je bent" I shouted raising my left palm in bear's direction. But my spell didn't worked and an extra pissed off bear, roared extra loudly before it lunged at me. I rolled my eyes, took a long breath "I'm sure kids from Iqupis can do this spell correctly. Heck I bet even kids from Dista would have been better than me" I said before taking knife that my father gifted me on my fourteenth birthday out of scabbard, but before I could lunge at the animal, a white seven foot werewolf jumped at it. "Hey that's cheating!" I shouted. But Yanet ignored me and bit into bear's shoulders. Bear yelped in pain and tried to jerk her off him, at which it miserably failed first time. Second time when he tried to do the same Yanet clawed its chest, I bet she tried to claw its neck but wasn't able to because of all the jerking and kicking this bear was doing. But third time is the charm as humans used to say a long long time ago bear successfully threw Yanet off, she landed few meters away from the bear and growled real loud. Her blue eyes boring into bear's, they circled each other like predators that they were. While I stood there in background forgotten as always I'm in such situations. "Alright girls now step back, let me bring it under control because I can sense audiences approaching us. You two already had your fair share of fun, I don't wanna miss mine." Haziel said from the other side of this open ground we all were in before transforming into a black ten foot werewolf. He ran at his full speed and Yanet and I looked at each other for second before she immediately jumped out of his way and I took several steps back. Haziel jumped at the growling bearing with all his mighty strength, they caused a loud thud as both hit the ground.  "Oh by the grace of the Luna" someone gasped behind me, I turned around to find a girl no more than fifteen standing with her mouth wide open. "What happened?" a man shouted coming behind her, but he wasn't alone he was with several other man and women all naked meaning they all have just transformed back. Several other naked young kids came running too. And our audience gasped in unison. "It's prince" a man from the crowd shouted "go kill that filthy bear NOW!"  "NO" Yanet and I ordered. I turned around to find Yanet coming towards us with a scowl on her face. "But-" the man who earlier ordered others to help Haziel tried to argue but Yanet waved him off saying "We didn't invite him he came here on his own accord, so no interruptions" They all bowed in agreement and a girl stepped out from the crowd with a red cloak "Princess" she offered it to Yanet who seemed to be totally unbothered by her nudity in front of at least twenty five audiences, but then I can't ignore the fact that she is a werewolf they all are, running naked after transformation is not new to them. Besides no one from the crowd would look at their princess in this moment when she's naked, it wasn't some law that our father imposed on the citizens of Wokozar, it was their way to show how much love and respect they have in their hearts for the royal family. When Yanet ignored the girl and she kept her gaze fixed on fight in front of us, I gently elbowed her. Groaning she took that cape hood from the girl muttering thank you, to which the girl replied by kissing the back of Yanet's both hands.  Haziel bit into bear's neck while bear clawed his back and threw him on the ground. This bear was no normal six feet large bear from human land, it was around eleven feet in length and some two hundred kgs by mass and it wasn't even the biggest one found in Wokozar. Yanet and I found this one running wild in this grassland, we knew it might cause some trouble if it ran into some werewolf baby or reached the city that is only three km away from here. So being the good princesses that we are we decided to bring it down and by down I mean under control. Which lead to that glorious competition, I and Yanet were having before Haziel decided that he want to have some fun too.
