I let Theodore's words hit me. I give them time to soak in while I take a look around. Our warriors are all here, some are roughed up pretty good but overall no substantial injuries have taken place. We didn't lose anyone in battle or I would have felt their bond break with the pack. Theodore and Mark are here and instead of cheerful they look like they have been defeated. I start to put the pieces together and realize what Theodore is going to tell me before he actually says anything. I meet his gaze again and stand a little taller.
