Chapter 34
After lunch, the head caretaker of the sanctuary offered a place for the children to take their afternoon nap. They would have been heading back to their hotel but the kids insisted on extending their tour. They were told they could not ride the elephants but at least they could explore more and perhaps participate in feeding them later.
Theodore gave a large donation to the sanctuary then paid for extended stay plus souvenirs for Bran, his teacher, and his classmates and their parents. The kids were extremely delighted. They couldn't wait to get their plushies before going back home.
Some parents stayed with their children to take naps, other went for a little walk at the village nearby. Bran opted to go with Theodore and Sebastian who also went for a stroll.
