They escaped from the woods through the river and reached the neighbouring Kingdom. Sabrina's ability to bend water came handy.
They couldn't afford to cross the border of the Kingdom, not when the guards were looking for them. They skipped the long journey.
They reached the Firestorm Kingdom. The Moon was shining brightly halfway across the sky, indicating that its midnight. Sabrina didn't know how to find her friend's house and she couldn't find anyone in the roads to ask.
They heard flapping sound of wings and found a grey dragon coming their direction. A man jumped from the dragon and walked towards them. Sabrina was shivering with fear and hid Kyrus behind her.
"Your Highness!"
The man's face came into view from the dragon's shadow.
"Lord Silius"
"Your highness, what brings you here, at this hour?"
"I wan to meet Dina" was all she said.
"Ofcourse Your highness. Shall I go bring carriage for Your highnesses."
"Lord Silius, It would be better if we could conceal my visit"
"I see.."
"If My lady could ride in my dragon then nobody will notice you at this hour"
Without uttering a word, Sabrina tried to climb the said dragon with her son. While climbing the dragon, she gasped in pain
Silius's face went white seeing that.
"Your Highness! Are you alright? Oh God, I should have brought the carriage. This was a stupid idea".
Sabrina shook her head.
"I...I can't wait for carriage. I need.... help. Take me to Dina. My..My water broke".
"s**t. Im sorry your highness. We will be there in few minutes." He helped her climb the dragon which was already laying low for the lady to climb. He felt guilty for not noticing the lady's condition.
They reached a beautiful mansion painted in white with shining grey roof tiles. It was a multi story mansion and every floor has an extended room size vacant space without roof, arranged in zigzag manner to not overlap one another, for the dragons to land.
They landed on one of those extended floor. Silius led them to a room and asked Sabrina to wait there.
"I will be back in a minute, My lady."
Silius disappeared behind the closed doors of the room. A man and woman came to the room, both of them wearing their night robe and gown.
Seeing Sabrina, the lady ran to her.
"Dina.."
"Sabrina, what happened? Are you all right? My brother-in-law said, he found you in the streets all alone."
Silius brought two maids within few minutes and the men left the room with Kyrus, soon after that. Dina let the maids examine Sabrina.
"How is she?" Dina asked to the Maids.
"My Lady, her condition is weak. Her legs are swollen, her skin is going pale. She is exhausted and can give birth soon" informed the old maid.
"Go prepare for the delivery" Dina dismissed the maids.
"Dina.."
"I'm here My dear. what happened?." Dina went to her side to hold her hands. Sabrina started crying soon after hearing that.
"Dina.... Midas. They killed Midas"
Dina gasped "His Majesty... How? Who?"
Dina could not form any words, shock evident in her eyes. After all she just heard that their King was assassinated.
