After lunch I tuned out during class periods to busy in my own thoughts about Mia. She was basically the complete opposite of both Sue and the few other women I've been attracted to, She had her similarities though. One of them being her naturally bubbly personality, but where Sue's personate ventured off was With her obsession with being the center of everyone's world all the time even if she was just babbling on about nothing. Mia though, she didn't need everyone's attention all the time. Instead she was satisfied with only having it for brief time periods and making that time count with what she said. They both smiled a lot but both smiles were different Sue's smile was more sultry like she was about to ask you to commit a crime in her name. Mia's smile was more innocent even when she was smiling at her own dirty joke. it took over her whole face almost putting out a glow that pulled you in and made you want to match it with your own.

I met Mia everyday at my locker for the rest of the week to go off campus to eat lunch, instead of wiping the drool off the chins of boys surrounding sue. Everyday we would pick up a different dish before escaping through starry night and settling into our nest. We talked about nonsense with a bunch of "would you rather's" and "what would you do's". "Hey can I ask you something?" my voice flouted over the fallout boy song playing in the car, as we drive back to school. "Yeah what's up?" Mia glanced at me quickly before turning her a back to the road. "uh...... well...... I was just...... wondering..... If maybe you wanted to comewatchmeperformatthebartonight" I cringed at the way it all came out a smirk appeared on her face. "Can't stand to be away from me can you Pagie?" I scoffed at her remark "you wish. I was just inviting you because I know you have nothing else to do." Mia placed her hand or her heart. "Oh that hurts." After pulling into her spot and turning off the engine Mia turned to me and grabbed my hand. Stopping me from getting out. "I wouldn't miss it." her eyes seemed to sparkle with excitement but yet held a slight dull to them like she was fighting something internally. 

"I got a special treat for you all tonight." I smiled widely at Ava as soon as I walked over to the bar leaning over slightly so she could hear me better. She raised her eyebrow at my statement. "Oh do you now?" she questioned while emptying the dishwasher. "Yep no cover tonight" she stopped what she was doing to give me her full attention. "no cover?" I broke out into the biggest smile I could make "yep all original this time" she broke out into a matching smile like mine. "oh well tonight just got interesting." I nodded my head before I turned to take my spot on the end of the bar in wait for Daniel to announce me. "hey babe" my head snapped to the direction of the familiar voice "hey you're early" I respond as I stand up to embrace Harlow. "yeah I know but I was so late last week I wanted to make sure I made it here in enough time to see you preform your original song." she squeezed me at the end of her sentence as she squealed. "you remember me telling you that?" I had only briefly mentioned it to her in study hall on Wednesday. in the middle of her story about how Carson was trying to hit on her she grasped my chin and turned it to meet her eyes. "Of course I remembered. It was important to you" its moments like this that keep me coming back to Harlow sue. The brief moments when she lets all her agendas and walls down, to show the most vulnerable side of her, the one that I fell for so many years ago and that I continue to fall for.

A rather load cough brought me out of my thoughts and her eyes when I turned to the direction of the cough. Mia stood in front of me wearing a black my chemical romance tank top, white and black checkered skinny jeans that bunched up at her white high tops. She looked completely at home in the bar. "Hey loser" she seemed completely at ease in this situation while the body next to me was tensed up from the moment Mia made her presence known. "Hey" I responded before she opened her arms and without thinking I walked into them. As I wrapped my arms around her she slightly squeezed me in reassurance before whispering. "You'll do great" I pulled away and smiled. "Lets hope so." "Ok everyone now its time for a special treat from your favorite Friday voice it's miss. Rachel Pagie with an original." Daniels gruff voice boomed over the microphone. "And that's my queue fingers crossed." I called out over my shoulder. I gathered my guitar and ascended the stairs my stool and mic was already set up the way I liked. So all I did was sit down and adjust my guitar on my leg. Before beginning to strum I glanced over to see Mia shoot me a thumbs up and Harlow send me a smirk and a wink.

Mia started to lightly sway to the beat while Sue just smiled as if she had just won some prize.

I paused a little to take a break and catch my breath before I started in on the slight raping section of the song

I paused a little after the rap break to catch my breath and slow down the pace a little

I held out the last sentence a little bit before slowly drifting off with the cords. The crowd paused for a minute before breaking out into smiles and claps. "Thank you, thank you" I couldn't stop smiling as I looked around the small crowd. But when I looked over at the bar it was like a bucket of ice-cold water dumped down on me. As I jumped from one smiling face to the other trying to figure out which one held the answer to a question I just now though to ask. 

Who is the song was about? 

Was it about hazel eyes that held my first love? filled with passion but an almost non existing future?

Or dark blue eyes that held unknown wonder but an untold secret?

Her lips were moist and warm against my stomach as she slowly worked her way down but when she was hovering over were I wanted her. Her breath both tickling me and torturing me at the same time, which she seemed to know and take her pleasure in she, smirked at my increased inhales of oxygen before moving to my inner thigh and started to lightly bite at it.
