SUSAN IN LUCY'S HOUSE

Susan leaves her apartment and heads straight to Lucy's house as she plans to travel to see her parent. The thought of how to present the news of her pregnancy fills her heart and it Is now dragging her into a state of uncertainty. It is for this reason that she decides to go to Lucy's house and spend some time. Susan did not tell Bob she is travelling to see her parent, however, told him that she will be away for some time. As she arrives at Lucy's house, she sees Lucy doing her laundry and decides to join her. Though Lucy refuses Susan joining her to do the laundry, Susan insists. While Susan is washing, she starts experiencing migraines, which becomes severe. Therefore, Lucy advises Susan to leave the washing, because of the way she feels, Lucy tells her to go and take her rest. Susan is devastated because of the migraines that have become very severe. She is now looking for anything to do that will take her mind off the thought of what is eating her up. The fact that Bob did not want her to keep the pregnancy hurts her badly and that is the major thing she wants to discuss with her friend Lucy before she embarks on her journey to see her parent. Susan leaves where Lucy is doing her laundry, straight into the room and falls on the bed like a log of wood. She takes a nap in the process and wakes up to feel much better. When she wakes up, Lucy had already finished her laundry and now frying French fries. It is the aroma of the French Lucy that wakes Susan up from her nap because it is whetting her appetite. At this point, Susan's has a very high craving, even for things one could hardly think of, as she is often asking for a fresh date, which is very difficult to find. When she arrived at Lucy's house, the first thing she asks for, was not water to quench her thirst, but a fresh date. "Wow! this smells very nice", says Susan to Lucy, who is frying with an electric hot plate. " Please, Susan have some, I am preparing it for you.", Lucy responds, saying, "I am going to make the chilly tomatoes sauce, can you wait?" "Yes, I can wait, but while I am waiting, please, give me some let me be munching." Lucy rushes to prepare the chilly tomatoes sauce, as she serves Susan. Susan eats the french fries with so much satisfaction after which, they both take a walk to the relaxation park. When they arrive at the relaxation park, the weather is a bit cosy and sunny, but the sun is not scorchy. They sit on the constructed metal seats facing each other as they discuss. "Susan tells Lucy, I am here to formally inform you that I will be travelling. However, I will be spending some days with you before I make the travel. I need your counsel because I am afraid. I tell you the truth, I don't even know if I will be able to face my parent. Lucy, I am confused", Susan says to her friend. Lucy tells Susan to calm down, encouraging her that everything will be fine, specifically saying to Susan that worrying will do her no good that she should worry not." Susan says to Lucy, "You have to be my good friend and truly I don't even deserve your friendship, because you have proven to be true and have always wanted the best for me. Now, see where my desperation has landed. Lucy, I truly do not understand myself anymore. I need help, and I think, I trust only you to offer me that help. How do I face my parent?" While Susan and Lucy we're still talking, Bob drives and park his car in front of the relaxation park, as if someone alerted him to come. Susan becomes mad and agitated seeing Bob unexpectedly as she asks Lucy, "Did you invite Bob here?" "No, I didn't invite him", Lucy respond and Susan says, " Then, whoo did he come to visit? I do not want to see him, because I detest him." As Bob walks up to Lucy and Susan, he drops on his knee and starts pleading with Susan, but the more he pleaded, the more Susan gets agitated. Susan is very hurt and disappointed, she is trapped amid the thought to either forgive Bob or not. Bob decides not to give up pleading with Susan for forgiveness. However, still, Bob did not want Susan to keep the pregnancy. Bob has not been sleeping since Susan broke the news to him and didn't want his legitimate family to find out the truth of his extramarital affairs. Bob has never seen Susan in such a devasted state in the manner he sees her now. After discovering that Susan is pregnant for him, most time, Bob will just sit down and take a deep breath and groan in pain. Bob as he walks today Susan and Lucy, as one could see the rage in Susan's eyes. Despite Bob's politeness, every word he speaks to Susan pierces her heart like a sword. Her mind seems made up and it seems as if there is no going back on her decision not to abort the pregnancy. When Susan had the imagination of her dad saying, "I disown you...", she knew there will be a problem if it reaches her mum, since she has had challeng cardiac when she hears news like what Susan is about telling her. How Susan starts acting strange with the presence of Bob, which makes Lucy advise Bob to leave since that can help calm Susan. Immediately, Bob leaves, and Susan starts calming down but panting as if she is involved in a marathon race. Lucy and Susan had a long talk, as Lucy gives her all the necessary advice she could and they both leaves to relaxation park when the sun starts setting. Lucy is happy, seeing her friend Susan smiling again, as she feels fulfil been able to help her friend and return her to her normal state of mind.
