Lucas’ POV
Today we are heading home, a five-hour drive back to the Silver Falls Pack. Before we got in the car though, we wanted to know what happened between Kyle and Elizabeth. Kyle, being the jerk he is, decided to come to breakfast quieter than a church mouse. He had us all going too. That was until we headed up to King Isaac’s office and all hell broke loose.
Firstly, Elizabeth could speak and she said Kyle was an asshole. Then Hunter picked Helen up bridal style and walked out of the room. I only got the gist of what he was saying as I was trying to read everyone’s lips because they weren’t signing.
I got frustrated and walked out of the room and Elizabeth and Kyle followed me. I was happy for her and Helen. I really was, but my mate is out there somewhere, and it could take year
