The Good Villain

The sky was dark, and no one was strolling on the streets at this hour of the night. Kelly was walking on the streets alone. She was sad because her parents died in a car accident while his brother Matt was in the hospital and treated.  Even though Kelly's parents left them a large sum of money, they have to spend it wisely as she was no job and had just graduated from college. She plans to have a job-hunting when her brother was out of the hospital. "I had to stay strong for my brother's sake; he was the only one I have." She wasn't able to fulfill her dream, yet she has to rely on her ability. On the day of her graduation from college, her parents were on their way to attend along with her brother. Her family encounters a catastrophe, and her parents died in a car accident that day. She studied business as her parents want her to manage the company in the future, and she endures her desire to become a fashion designer. His greedy uncle, her father's stepbrother, took away their family business and didn't bother to help her brother's medical expenses in the hospital. Their uncle kicks them out of the house they were living in since they were young. Cold breeze blow through Kelly's face. It was now autumn, and the green color of the trees now changed into red autumn. A little ahead was their house. She looked up at the sky, and it was a starry night. She remembered their family stargazing her eyes started to water. She misses her parents so much. As she walked, something caught her attention as she passes by the alley near her home. She went towards the dark corners and hid, curious about what was happening. Kelly saw a man being held by two young boys, and many others were watching. She heard shouting, and a leading man punched the man in the face and his other parts of the body. Kelly continues to watch and cannot move. Suddenly a man pulled out a gun and aimed at the man then she saw a man shot in the chest and heard a Bang!! And a scream coming from the dark alley; she could not recognize the man and the young boys who surrounded him. She covers her mouth and makes sure not to make a noise. She heard the sound of an engine going away; she looked around before she went out of her hiding place, making sure that no one was left of the teenagers. She heard a hoarse voice calling for help.  "Help! Help! Kelly slowly went into the alley; while looking around, she saw a man was lying on the ground in a pool of blood and had a cut on his eyebrows and busted lips and a few bruises on his face. Kelly inspected the man's body, and she saw a gunshot wound near the man's right chest.  "Sir? Can you hear me? Kelly asks.  " Yes! Alex grabs her hands and pleads, "Please save me..."Would you please help me? "Please..."  Kelly looked for something inside her bag and found a tissue; she put a little pressure on a man's wound.  "Sir, please hold this. I will call an ambulance," Kelly says. The man nodded while looking at her face. Kelly quickly pulled out her phone and called an ambulance. In less than 10 minutes, the ambulance arrives, and she accompanies the man inside the ambulance to the hospital. Before they reached the hospital, the man put his phone in her hands and asks her to call Steven before he lost consciousness. They reached the hospital, and the doctors and nurses quickly took the man to the ER and treated his gunshot wound. Kelly rested on the bench outside the ER and waited for Steven to come. After an hour, the hospital staff informed her of the man's condition. Kelly closes her eyes for a while to relax her exhausted mind and body. Then Kelly heard rushing footsteps towards her; she opened her eyes and saw four men heading to her place. The man approached her and asked, Are you, Miss Kelly Zell? "Yes, I am! Can I go home now? Kelly says. "Of course, Miss Zell, I will send you home safely and thank you for saving Alex," Steven said. "Are you Steven, the one I called earlier? Kelly asks. "Yes, Miss Zell. I'm his best friend, Steven." "Here is his phone he handed me to call you," Sophia says. Steven takes the phone from Kelly's hands. Alex was inside his office; he left at 8 in the evening and want to have a night run. He asked his bodyguards to leave him alone. He walked on the streets, and no one passes by. He saw the stars, and they shined brightly. Suddenly he realized he didn't know where he was going. He crossed a dark alley, and he heard someone coming, and he was pulled back into the dark. A group of teenagers was shouting and commanded him. "Give us everything you have! "Hand everything! And one who I think was the leader pulled out a gun and aimed it at him. Alex quickly gave his wallet and phone; the leader checked his wallet, took all the cash, and was unsatisfied. "Give us your watch! The leader says. "I gave all my cash and my phone; you all can go," Alex says. The watch was a gift from his late mother. Alex knows how to fight, but he stood no chance to protect his treasure. He was outnumbered, they were many, and one has a gun. "Give us the Rolex! The leader shouted. "No! I had given you my wallet and my phone." Alex shout. "We are taking that damn watch! Alex fights them, but they started to punch him, and others started to beat him with a bat and an iron bar. "You want to fight, huh? The leader said, and more came to beat him. "Could you give us the watch? The leader shouted. Alex refuse. This time they heard a Bang!! "What did you do? They all stop and are stunned for a minute before running away. The one who shot him tried to snatch the watch, but his companion pulled him away, and they all run into their car park along the road. Alex was bleeding on the ground, and he heard a soft voice asking him and saw an angelic face; he was mesmerized by her beauty.  He can't keep his eyes off of her face. He could barely speak, and she called an ambulance. Alex asks Kelly to stay and wait for the man named Steven in the hospital while handed her his phone before he lost his consciousness with a clear face of Kelly in his mind.
