I woke up, still in the car seat and my head hurt like f**k. "Witches." My wolf, Ivy said in a growl. "How do you know? I can't smell them." I asked her. "Isn't it obvious, or are you the one who made the car fly? Witches are the only ones who can pull this off. Now check if our best friend is okay." She said then shut me off. I chanted a spell and in no time I was out of the car, I checked myself for any injuries and I had non so I went to check on Martin. He was still unconscious but alive with no injuries, thank goodness. I pulled him out chanted a spell to put the car back to it's normal position.

Before I could attend to him, I was pushed to a tree. I looked around for my attacker but saw no one. "Show yourself." I commanded, but no one came out "What? You're afraid of an eighteen year old werewolf." A pretty girl appeared right in front of me, she didn't look older than me so I'm guessing she is young or she has an aging spell on her like Nina. "No I'm not." I used my wolf speed ready to attack her but with one look at me she gave me a f*****g migraine, it hurt so much I felt like my brain was going to pop out of my head. "Pathetic." I heard her say. "To think they told me you were so dangerous, you couldn't even sense the danger near you. How pathetic." She said with disgust in her voice. 'Hey nut head i think it's time you showed this b***h who's boss, in case you didn't know her spell is affecting us too' my wolf said. On cue I snapped out of her spell then froze her movements, she tried to use a spell to unfreeze herself but it didn't work. "Choose your words wisely witch, especially when you don't know what you're up against." I said to her. "Now tell me how you want to die, should I break your neck, should I let my wolf rip your throat out or should I cast a spell to kill you slowly. Your choice." I said in the most heartless tone even I couldn't believe I was saying those words. I mean, I'm talking about murdering someone like it's no big deal. Then I felt her fear, "Please don't kill me, they sent me here to kill you." She said. "Why?" I asked her. "Because you're the tribrid." I didn't have to think twice to know who sent her. The mother f*****g witch council, the big five. But to be on the safe side I still asked, "Who sent you?" She showed me a seal on her hand, those mother fuckers. With that seal on her hand she can't say there name, but dumb them she can still nod. "Okay just nod positively or negatively. Is it the witch council?" She nodded positively. "Wow. Well when you go back, tell them that they'll never find me." I chanted the spell and she went unconscious. "Damn!" I heard Martin say from behind. "I thought you died." I joked. "How can joke when my life was in danger." He said playfully, "But seriously, were you going to kill her if she chose one of them." He asked, I didn't even think twice, "Yes I would." I told him. "Why?" He asked. "Rule number one of survival, never give your enemy a chance to kill you." I told him. "But you let her go." "Because I sent a message. Now let's go before they send someone else." I said but he didn't move. "What?" I asked with obvious irritation in my voice. "I think it's best if you masked your scent before we reached the humans." He said, oh s**t I completely forgot. No wonder they found me as soon as I left pack premises. "Yah you're right but it's a bit dangerous it will drain me." I told him. I went in my suitcase and got out a bag of salt and candles, "What's this for?" Martin asked as he helped me with the bag of salt. "It is for the spell, now help me draw a circle with the salt and don't miss a spot." With that he drew the circle with no further questions.

I got the candles and made a smaller circle inside the salt circle, "What ever you see don't disturb me." I told Martin then started with the spell.

"What ever you see don't disturb me." Katherine said and started saying some words that made no sense at all. But what did she mean by that, I was really confused. Okay Katherine has never been one to explain, she would always say something as if she expects you to know. So now I just had to wait for her to finish the spell.

Her chanting got louder and when I looked at her, moon, I almost freaked out. Her eyes and nose were bleeding, dark, no, black veins appeared on hands to her neck and her skin was pale as f**k. She looked like a zombie and she smelled like rotten meat, a scent for rogues. Was she musking her scent with a rogue scent? I wondered. Her chanting got louder then she started coughing out blood but she didn't stop. Now this freaked me out, I was about to shake her then her words popped in my head, "What ever you see don't disturb me." So this is what she meant. She coughed profusely, the rotten scent increased then she passed out.

I looked at her, everything was back to normal, the rotten scent was all gone replaced with no scent at all. Wait no scent, which meant she wasn't musking her scent she was removing it. My question was why?

Her heard her cough weakly, she's awake. I rushed to her, "Thank God you're awake." I said then I noticed how weak she was. "What's wrong?" I asked but she was too weak to respond. "Is there anything I can do?" I asked again this time she nodded her head. "What can I do?" I was really worried about her, I mean ever since we were kids I have never seen her weak. Not even in her sleep. I saw her struggle to talk then she finally said something that took me aback, "Kiss me."
