Chapter 1: The First Step Toward a Dream..

.In a small village in the United Kingdom (UK), there lived a poor boy named Ethan Carter. From a very young age, his life was filled with hardship. His family struggled with poverty, but the greatest pain in his life was the constant violence at home.Ethan's father returned home drunk almost every night. After coming home, he would often abuse Ethan's mother. Ethan witnessed everything in silence, but he was too young and helpless to stop it. No one in the family truly cared about him or his dreams. At the age of nine, Ethan realized that if he depended only on his family, he would never be able to continue his education. Determined to change his future, he started working at a small restaurant after school, washing dishes. Despite working long hours every day, he never gave up on his studies.Year after year, Ethan saved every penny he earned. He had only one dream—to study at a prestigious university and build a better future with his own hard work. Finally, the day he had been waiting for arrived.Carrying his life's savings of £70,000 in his pocket, Ethan Carter stepped onto the university campus for the very first time. His eyes were filled with hope, and his heart was full of dreams. But fate had a different plan.As Ethan entered through the university gate on his old bicycle, a luxurious sports car suddenly came speeding toward him. Trying to avoid it, he lost his balance, and the handle of his bicycle lightly scratched the side of the expensive car.The driver stepped out.It was Alexander "Alex" Harrington, the richest and most influential student at the university. The moment Alex noticed the small scratch on his car, his face turned red with anger. He glared at Ethan with contempt and shouted,"Hey, you beggar! Are you blind? Do you even know how much this car costs?"The wealthy students standing nearby burst into laughter. Some even took out their phones and started recording the incident.Ethan lowered his head without saying a word. His worn-out clothes, old bicycle, and exhausted face made him look completely out of place among the rich students. But none of them knew...The quiet, humiliated boy standing before them would one day rise to a height where even Alex Harrington would be forced to regret every word he had spoken. To Be Continued...

Chapter 2: The Fire of Humiliation
A large crowd had gathered at the university entrance. Everyone was staring at Ethan Carter. Some students laughed openly, while others pulled out their phones to record the scene. "He doesn't even look like he belongs here," one student whispered. Alexander "Alex" Harrington slowly walked toward Ethan, his expensive shoes echoing across the pavement. His face carried an arrogant smile. He stopped just inches away from Ethan. "How did someone as poor as you even get into this university?" Alex asked coldly. Ethan lowered his head slightly. "I'm sorry... It wasn't intentional." But Alex wasn't interested in an apology. With one careless kick, he knocked Ethan's old bicycle onto the ground. The crowd burst into laughter. Ethan immediately rushed to pick it up. That old bicycle wasn't just transportation—it was the reward of years of hard work after long hours washing dishes at a small hotel. His hands trembled as he lifted it. He wanted to say something... But he remained silent. Just then, a campus security officer hurried over. "What's going on here?" he asked. Alex folded his arms and pointed at his sports car. "This beggar scratched my car." The officer turned to Ethan. "Are you a new student?" Ethan quietly took out his admission documents from his worn-out backpack. "Yes, sir. Today is my first day." After checking the papers, the officer nodded. "Everything seems fine. You may go." Alex frowned. "You're just letting him leave?" The officer replied calmly, "Accidents happen. There's no reason to make this any bigger." Alex smirked before getting back into his luxury sports car. As the engine roared to life, he looked at Ethan one last time. "Remember this, Ethan... From today onward, your life at this university won't be easy." Without saying another word, Alex drove away. Ethan stood there for a moment before slowly walking into the campus with his bicycle. The university was breathtaking—towering buildings, beautiful gardens, and students filled with confidence and ambition. For a brief moment, Ethan forgot about the humiliation. He looked around and whispered to himself, "I didn't come here to be insulted... I came here to change my future." He sat alone on a quiet bench and opened his backpack. Inside were his carefully saved £700—the savings of many years—along with a few old books and a worn handkerchief his mother had secretly given him before he left home. Holding the handkerchief tightly, Ethan smiled faintly. "One day... I'll make this sacrifice worth it." Just then, a gentle voice called from behind. "Excuse me... Is this your student ID?" Ethan turned around in surprise. Standing before him was a beautiful girl with warm brown eyes and a kind smile. He had no idea... That this unexpected meeting was about to change the course of his entire life. To Be Continued...
