I began crying as soon as I got inside the car. I couldn't believe Arthur would do that to me; he didn't say anything to me directly, but I knew he was skeptical of me.
"Your boyfriend, I don't like how he acts." Xavier stated.

We kept driving, and as the sun began to rise, I directed the driver to Celine's house first.
Celine was waiting for us at the front door when we arrived. She rushed over to hug me as soon as I got out of the car.
