chapter 3

The school year is moving so fast, Rock college is not an exception.

Two weeks have passed since Mitch had an encounter with Andrea in the school hallway, and she still avoids him like a plague.

Mitchell and Teresa were having lunch at the cafeteria and gisting when Tessy saw Andrea and waved him over.

"Andrea!!! come over here and sit with us" Tessy excitedly called him over.

"hi, girls!" Andrea greeted when he got to their table.

"Hi..." the two girls responded.

Andrea and Tessy began to chat leaving Mitchell to just watch them, they only asked her some questions which she only mumbled a "yeah" or "hmm" to.

"Hi, guys!! hope am invited to the table" someone said from behind them.

They all turned and discovered it was Francis standing and smiling at Mitch in particular.

'' Yeah, sure!! oh finally the table is complete with the four of us" Tessy said happily

"Am sorry guys I need to go. I have a beach shoot at 3:30 so I have less than 1 hour to get there. please excuse me" Mitch said.

She stood up, grabbed her bag, and gave Tessy a peck on the cheek but before she could move a step from the table Andrea also stood up.

"I also have a beach shoot and it's the same time as yours. Does that mean when have a shoot together?" Andrea asked expectantly

"she signed a deal with UV luxury and they are shooting for their new line of summer clothes" Tessy answered

"Wow, that's great!! I also signed a deal with them and that's the shoot am going to now.so, I guess we should go together in my car" Andrea said and excitedly got up.

"Thank you but I have a car also. bye guys'' Mitch said and walked away

Francis wore a happy smile when he saw Mitch, not giving Andrea a face.

" OK Tessy, I guess we'll see later right?" Andrea asked Tessy while picking his phone and school bag from the table.

"yeah sure. make sure to make me proud OK!" she replied with a meaningful expression on her face.

"Listen dude stat away from Mitch ok?" Francis said to Andrea

"f**k you dude! you are not the boss of me" Andrea said and showed him the middle finger then, walked away.

Mitch and Andrea got to the venue of the shoot in their separate cars and were led into separate dressing rooms to get changed for their shoot. They changed into different outfits and the shots came out so well that the crew members all taught they were a couple.

After three hours of changing clothes and makeup, the shoot came to an end. Mitch hastily left to her dressing room to change and go home while Andrea did the same. Andrea quickly changed and went to mitch's the dressing room.

"what do you want?" Mitch asked immediately she saw who was standing at the door of her dressing room.

"Listen I really want to talk to you but Francis is always around you. he acts more like your bodyguard so, this is the only time I can talk to you alone, without. your bodyguard interrupting." Andrea hastily said.

" what do you wanna talk about?" Mitch asked while wiping off her makeup.

" Please could you tell me what I did to you? I want to know why you don't want to even sit close to me,"

" look just forget that and let's assume we can never be friends, ok?" Mitch answered him after some thought.

"I don't want to forget it. I want to know why you hate me so much when I can't even remember what I did wrong! please Mitch. I want us to be close again!" Andrea implored.

" Fine!! since you seriously want to know then I will tell you. You pretended to help me out when you are just like the rest of them in Rough town. I saw how you also laughed at me at the restaurant in Rough town! you have never helped me when all the kids bully me. you even refused to help out... you know what? forget I said anything!" Mitch said.

"hahaha. .. is that the reason you hate me so much because I laughed? please tell me what I really did to make you hate me" Andrea said.

"Yes...that... is it... that is all you ever did!" Mitch stammered

"But that doesn't mean I was making fun of you! that is not even enough reason to hate me so much, I know there is something else I must have done!" Andrea said.

"if that is not enough reason to hate you then, what is? look, I don't want to remind myself about unhappy things so, leave me alone!" Mitch said and closed her eyes because the pain of her last was resurfacing.
