The class was going on when Andrey walked in through the front door.

"Mr. Collins you're late for class," the lecturer said.

"Yeah I thought as much," he said and walked to his seat.

" If I may ask........"

"Don't you dear ask," he said cutting her shut.

He smiled as he sat beside Mitchell who was raging with anger and said, "I can't believe we're partners" Andrea whispered.

"Do you know I could smash your face right now if you keep talking?" she said under her breath.

Andrea smiled and sat upright, soon, the class was over. Andrea stood up from the chair and headed straight for the next class chemical exercises, which deals with poison and perfume.

Andrea was first to arrive at the class cause he loves the class. He got there, wore his lab gown, and waited for everyone.

Tessy and Mitchell walked in after some time. The girls ignored him when they sighted him. Some minutes later the teacher walked into the lab as well. "Good day everyone" the lecturer greeted with a happy smile.

"Good day ma'am" they all greeted back.

"So, today am happy to tell you all that we have a new student among us who is also as brilliant and smart as all of us," she said and smiled at Andrea.

Everyone smiled and clapped facing Andrey except for Mitchell Tessy and Francis.

"Today we will be making a poison that that could harm or kill any kind of animals and you all know how to choose your chemicals so, impress me!" the lecturer said.

"Is that all?" asked Andrea

"Mr. Collins, you seem to be in a hurry to start. I hope you impress me with your impatience" the teacher said to Andrea.

"OK class let's get to work"

Andrea was so excited that he didn't waste time on his poison. He created a poison that could explode a mouse in five seconds upon contact, Mitch on the other hand made a poison that could kill snakes in three seconds. Tessy being the playful girl she is made a poison for a lizard, once the lizard comes in touch with the poison, its body parts begin to swell, it also dies slowly. Francis made a poison that kills Alligators within an hour and many of their other classmates made different poisons.

The class came to an end after about three hours and the teacher decided to announce the best poison to the class.

"Finally we have come to the end of class today and two people impressed me with what they did. They finished on time and their poison works fast"

The whole class was expecting Mitch and Francis because they always come top in this kind of class.

"I bet it's gonna be yours and Francis's today again" Tessy whispered to Mitch.

"The poisons that impressed me most are Mitch's and Andrea's. they created things that not only kill fast but it not in any way harmful to humans and, that brings us to the end of today's class" the teacher said after checking all their work.

Immediately the teacher dismissed the class, the girls all surrounded Andrea and stared complementing him of his work.

"Hey Andrea am cassy and I love your work."

'Am your fan, can you sign an autograph for me please'

Francis was not happy seeing all the girls flooding Andrea and praising him, he walked out of the class with anger and jealousy eating at his heart.

Two months after the poisoning incident Tessy became good friends with Andrea but Mitch continued ignoring him anytime their paths crossed.

"What's up girl?''Tessy asked when she saw Mitchell at the cafeteria.

"Hi, aren't you having lunch with your Mr handsome boyfriend today?'' Mitch answered.

"Really? you think am in a relationship with him?" she asked and chuckled.

''Yeah, that's what everyone has been saying. I mean you guys are always together and holding hands and behaving like a couple"Mitch answered with a small smile

'' listen to your self girl, we are just friends ok. Just friends and nothing more or, are you jealous?"

"what! me, jealous? you must be dreaming. I can't be jealous of you and that annoying monkey!" Mitch defended.

Tessy just smiled and said to her. "Look, Mitch, why do you hate Andrea so much? he is a cool guy. why not try to know him before judging him?'' Tessy asked. she has noticed the hatred Mitch had for Andrea and she was curious to know why.

"Really!! I know what am saying but if you feel like I don't know then no problem. Am going to the library I need a quiet time" Mitch said and walked out of the cafeteria without eating

Mitch went to the library, got a book, and decided to read in the class instead. She was so fixated on the book she was reading that she didn't watch where she was going and bumped into someone.

"Gosh! must it always be you?"

she said after realizing who she bumped into. it was no other than Andrea.

" I don't know, maybe we are bound to always meet each other"Andrea replied with a bright smile.

" listen Monkeyface, just stop talking to me cause I get pissed every time you open your mouth," Mitch said visibly getting angry.

" Sincerely Mitch, I don't know why you hate me so much or, what I did to you but just know am innocent and I really wanna be friends with you," Andrea said.

" Really !! did I just hear you say innocent?. Mitch spat.

" Yeah, you heard me right. Am innocent and why don't you tell me what my offense is so, I can apologize" Andrea said hoping she would talk to him.

" Your apology is useless now, it won't do any good and please leave me alone. Seeing you just makes me hate you more"

"But why?" Andrea couldn't help but ask. She has been avoiding him for two months now and he couldn't take it anymore. He wanted to be her friend again and seeing her with Francis doesn't sit well with him.

"Listen to me, Andrea Collins. You are just like every other person at Rough town. Rough, rude, arrogant, selfish... and you all treated me like trash because....."

"When did I ever treat you like trash?" Andrea interrupted what she was saying.

" When you....." she was interrupted before she could finish...

" Hey, Mitch! I've been looking all over for you."Francis said standing beside her and glaring at Andrea

'Really? " she forced a smile.

"What's going on here? seems like I missed something important?" Francis said looking from her to Andrea.

" No, you didn't miss anything. He was only asking if we could be friends that's all. Please I need to use the restroom, excuse me" she said and walked away leaving the two guys glaring at each other.

Immediately she left, Francis faced Andrea fully and said " I hope she is telling the truth cause if I ever hear you have another intention I won't hesitate to..."

"To what?.. what will you do scum bag? listen to me you piece of s**t, I know you are like family to Mitch but it doesn't give u the right to follow her about and you better watch your back" Andrea said and walked away leaving Francis seething in anger.

'who does he think he is to threaten me? he must be joking!' Francis said to himself.
