Blakely’s POV
I’m in the forest, covered in snow.
No.
I don’t want to be here.
I look around desperately, trying to move, but once again, I can’t.
But something is different this time.
I’m alone.
I feel cold in my thin dress, the brutal wind stinging my skin. I wrap my arms around myself and a movement in the trees catches my eye.
I feel fear and dread as I watch the shadow move closer.
When it finally steps into the light, relief floods my entire body.
It’s Alpha Jake.
His eyes blaze hard into mine as he steps closer.
He stops ten feet from me and reaches his hand out.
I try to take a step, but my feet are stuck. I can’t.
“I can’t move.”
