Chapter 2

"Oh honey, this is such a beautiful campus. I am so happy you picked this one. You love being outside in the fall and taking your pictures." Tina said as Frank pulled the car to a stop.

"Thanks for bringing me to the apartment first, dad." Aubrey said as she looked at the huge house confused.

"Right, Honey I know we said we would get you an apartment, but I could not find one on or close enough to campus and the college said it was a great option, so I rented you a room in the house with four other girls," Frank quickly rambled out hastily.

Aubrey paused for a moment in total confusion then anger and she finally breathed and said " It is no big deal dad I am sure they will be great. Thank you for keeping me on campus," and she jumped out the car.

"At least you will still have your own room honey bun. I love you," Frank said after he pulled the last of Aubrey's bags out.

A few hours later, the bags are unpacked and everything is mostly put in its place, food cards picked up and house keys in hand. Looking around her room, Aubrey smiles and her stomach grumbles. FOOD! she yells in her head. Grabbing her things, Aubrey walks out her bedroom door to run into a wall or a man whose as hard as a wall. On impact, Audrey braces for an impact that does not come. As she opened her eyes, she meets with a pair of dark chocolate brown eyes, and pearly white smile, and a god like wall man.

"Im sorry I didn't know a wall was put here why are you at my door," Aubrey quietly says as she is nose to nose with this stranger. She can smell the sweet cologne he is wearing and how warm his hand is on her waist to steady her from their collision.

"I was just walking past when you came barrowling out like firecracker" Jax said with a bright smile looking down at this feisty little blond he caught.

"Right, well the we can blame bad timing. I am sorry now if you will exuse me" Aubrey said looking down as her hand came up to his chest quickly and push him away. To her relief he easily let go and took a step back. A very small step.

"I am sorry too then, I suppose, and to answer your question my sister and I rent two of the rooms here and Ty and Levi rent the other two rooms" Jax said laughing as Aubrey's eyes grew wide.

With that being said Aubrey panicked she flew down the stairs and straight out the front door with the sound of Jax behind her asking where she had to run to. Aubrey already knew this campus from her tours and becuase her brother had went her two years before. She ran straight out of the house across the street and down toward the cafeteria. The only good thing about this place is going to be that im only two minutes from the dinning halls and library, Aubrey thought as she walked into the dinning all. After eating two meals and some snacks Aubrey was able to calm and build the courage to go back to the house. She thought it was all female not co-ed. Her dad said it is the last spot and I have let what them a** holes did to me ruin my life enough. Not all men will be the same, but maybe distance wont hurt either I mean I only really need to sleep there so I got this. Aubrey said as she walked in the front door and straight up the stairs. Just as she passes the first door at the top right of the stairs

"Hey you must be Aubrey? I am so excited to meet you. My name is Lily, im Jax twin sister and im your room neighbor," Lily squeeks as she hugs Aubrey and walks her into her room.

"Yes, I am Aubrey it's nice to meet you Lily. Oh, I love this picture where did you get it," Aubrey asked as she admired the portrait above Lily's desk

"My mom is a photographer for a magazine she sends me tons of stuff . I keep them all but only hang my favorites.

"Your not some flower loving save the earth type are you," asked sexy but terifiying voice.
