SECRET 13

It's been days and I am still in the hospital. Lying down on a hospital bed is so boring. I wasted so much time here, and I want to go home now. But I can't. They are still figuring out how I was poisoned and still checking my body and my nerves, checking if I am stable and alright.

I mean, I am alright, but even though how many 'I am fine' words I answered, they always refuse and still worry about my health. They said that the poison used to poison me is a toxic one. I don't really pay attention to the name of the poison but the doctor said that the poison is killing every cells in my body for 24 hours, and I was poisoned for 16 hours. They even said that if I hadn't eaten a shrimp that trigger my allergy, I will be dead when I completed the whole 24 hours not knowing that I was poisoned.

They are thankful that I eaten a shrimp, which for me is not happy.

"Did you already drink your medicine?" My auntie said. I smiled and nodded. "Don't you ever forget drinking your medicine. I already lost one family, I don't wanna lost another." She said and she kisses my forehead.

Well, I didn't know that my Auntie is just like my mother. But she is more caring than my mother. My mom raise me as a strong person, she said that whenever I fall, I should never cry, because crying is only for the weak people. She even taught me to never look to someone when I already have someone.

I think she don't want me to end up like my father.

Speaking of my father, I am thinking about him sometimes. Even he is an asshole who left his original family to a clone one, he left his love for us, specially for me. Well, I have a secret to tell you...

My uncle and my Auntie aren't the only one who is supporting me since my mom died, but my father too. He is putting money on my account, but I still don't understand how he knows my account, but I am thankful that he knows though.

I did not tell this before or to anyone because he only sends money, he never show up his face, he doesn't want to see me, he block me on f******k.

I don't know if he loves me, or just guilty for what he did.

"Where's Reynaldo?" I ask them. "They are back at your house. They should rest there rather than resting here in the hospital." My uncle said.

It's really boring here, I have a limited time to use my phone, so all I can do is to watch a news that I don't care.

Some of my classmates and teachers visited me, Henry is always here but he goes home after dark. I am thankful that Henry is here always by my side.

I spent all four days here in the hospital but all I can think about is the dream or let's just say nightmare that I had before I woke up from getting poisoned. I don't understand what are the meaning of those, but I really felt deeply connected to every scenarios there.

We all look to the doctor who just went inside the room.

We all greeted the doctor, so does the doctor greeted us back. He smiled and he went near me. "Feeling alright?" He asks, so I nodded. "Well, we found out how he was poisoned at the first place." The doctor look to my Auntie's. "The poisoned was injected to him." He said.

I knew it. I knew someone want me dead, but who?

"Injected? By whom? I was never injected that day." I said to the doctor with my own confuse boys. "You didn't know because It was injected when you are unconscious." He said. I start to rethink what happened that day...

I knew who did this.

"That bastard..." I whispered to myself.

It was Austin who injected the poison to me! It was him who want me dead, because he thinks that I killed his best friend... I mean I did. But he doesn't have enough proof for it...

But I guess we'll never know what's going on to a person's mind.

But at least I know now who poisoned me.

That's what I thought...

But there is something more than that, something scary that I never knew I would know.

Austin isn't the only one who wants me dead...

There are others...

So, for those who wants me dead...

Congrats, you failed.

"We check his blood yesterday and the result is that the poison is now dead, so he can go home tomorrow but he should never forget to take his medicine if he doesn't want to experience any side effects from the poison." The doctor said and he said thank you for us.

Thank God I am leaving this hospital tomorrow.

I am excited to go home.

Before the doctor left, the light flickers and it went totally dark.

The light didn't just died here in the room, but thee whole hospital.

They lost electricity...

"What the hell is going on? How did this hospital lost electricity!" My uncle said and they hug me tight as they can. I can hear screams and cries all over this floor..

I guess the other patient whose life is depending on the electricity, is now dead.

That is the scariest even that I ever experience in my whole life. It's like, the hospital was possessed but immediately get exorcise after minutes.

After dark go away, I felt like I'm in a horror movie, in a zombie movie to be exact.

"I'm sorry." I almost jumped out of my bed when someone whispered to my ears. My tears fall down when I saw him in the dark. His blood is running down from his forehead and his smile is creepier than ever.

"Chase?..." I called out his name but he immediately disappear. And after he disappeared the light, the electricity went back.

"Holy mother of rice." I whispered. I heard my Auntie scream and my uncle shout a forbidden word.

Every object was shattered and not in original places, but that's not it, the doctor... Was lying down on the floor while the blood from his head is spreading all over the floor.

"What the hell happened?" I ask them but even them couldn't answer the strange event happened today at the hospital. It's like there's a big storm, but only strikes this hospital.
