Running through the woods was her only chance of survival while being hunted by what she could only describe as the supernatural while she gripped the handles of her bag as tightly as she could with only one thought going through her mind and that was to find and safe place where she could spend the night and hope that she wouldn't get caught.
As she ran deeper into the woods she caught sight of a dimly lit cabin to the right of the trail that she was running, approaching the cabin with caution she knocked on the door to see if anyone was home and to her disappointment no one answered the door. Deciding that she wanted to continue running to find a more safer place where she could spend the night she turned and slowly started to walk away only to be stopped by the sounds of a tree branches being broken, quickly rushing inside the cabin and slamming the door shut, she began to search for something to push against the door in hopes to keep whatever was trying to enter out, finding nothing that she could move to block the door she hurriedly turned to find a way out or somewhere to hide.
Hearing the door knob slowly being turned alerted her that someone was about to enter, fear rushed through her system so she quickly began to search for a way out, finding no easy way out she quickly dashed up a set of stairs and ran down a hall where she then pushed the first door she saw open then quietly shut it after her.
Finally letting the door go she turned to see where she was and noticed that she had entered a bedroom, looking around she saw a bed that was made of wood and was decorated with a pure white quilt and two white pillows, at the back of the bed hung two white lace drapes. Under the bed a cream rug was placed and at either side of the bed stood two wooden cabinets, on the left side of the room there was a wardrobe that took up an entire wall it had a mirror in the centre of it and two huge white sliding doors.
Walking over to the bed she placed the bag she was holding gently on the floor, leaning over she grabbed the zipper that was at the centre of the bag and pulled it back to reveal her peacefully sleeping baby, she carefully lifted her baby from the bag and quickly but gently placed her on the bed between the two pillows she then pulled out a pink handmade woollen blanket that had her name written in the right hand corner, the last thing that was then pulled out from the bag was a letter that she then placed on the blanket.
Grabbing the last item that was in the bag she placed a necklace around her daughters neck before looking at her baby girl and gently placing a kiss on her forehead, slowly starting to back away to the door she had entered from, she turned around and grabbed the door knob and quietly began to open the door glancing one last time at her daughter she smiled a sad smile while tears began to fall from her eyes and the walked out the door to never be seen again.
