Jace looked at her curiously,was he waking when Lily and I left?
Was he happy to see her?I didn't want to know.
"Your mom invited me."she said brightly.
Jace's face hardened and I could only imagine what he was thinking, if Elena was using Jace's mother to get back closer to him it wouldn't work, she should know that!
Suddenly out of nowhere she did the most shocking thing ever, she pulled Jace in for a hug in front all of us!
I felt a stabbing pain in my chest, the worst part was that he didn't pull away from her, he seemed just as shocked as I was.
Jace's mother seemed happy to see that, she was the only one who was happy though.
