I tried not to narrow my eyes when Elena turned to face us, I don't understand why my dad had to carry her to my room in the first place.
"Hi, you must be Jace's step sister, Leah,I'm Elena."she introduced herself with a smile.
"She's not his step sister yet."Lily responded before I could say anything.
"I'm sorry I don't know who you are."Elena said turning her attention to her.
"She is Lily, my best friend."I said smiling , if she wanted to play nice then I could also.
"Oh well its nice to meet you, I guess I'll be seeing you two often from now on, we should be friends."she beamed excitedly."I have to go now before anyone sees me."she added, walking off before I could ask her what she meant by seeing her often.
"She is totally jealous."Lily said as soon as Elena was a safe distance
