Standing next to her bed I watch her breathing calmly as she sleeps. When I saw her laying there into mud her fur covered in blood, I wasn't sure, but now when I see her laying here in the bed in her human form, there's no doubt it's her. How strange is it, that in one moment you're just going for a walk enjoying the nature around you and the second one the world stops and turns around. I can't help it, but reviewing all day in my head over and over. Azu persuaded me to go for a walk, I didn't want go, but she was so excited by the arrival of spring, that I couldn't say no to her. We walked through the forest and talked about all stuffs that came to our minds, when we hear some noices. " Did you hear that? Who's there?!?", Azu asked loudly as we looked around, I was getting nervous. " We should go home Azu, what if it is something dangerous? I don't want you to get hurt," I looked at her worried. But she was so submerged in finding what made the sound, that she didn't listen to me. " Maybe somebody needs a help", she was viewing the surrounding bushes, one of them drag her attention.
" There! In the bush", she yelled and rushed towards it. " Azu, wait! You can't just rush in there, what if it's dangerous?" , I followed her to the bush. "Alright, alright. I'll wait for you then", she stoped waiting for me. I reached her side and take her hand to mine to protect her if I had to. We were viewing the bushes beside the road, when we heard quiet whimper. " Pho there! I heard something", Azu yelled, before I could stop her, she tore her hand out of mine and rush to the bush. I followed her, as I came closer to the bush I feel the auraa of a magical being. " Azu stop, I don't think it's just the regular deer", I grabbed her hand to stop her." Yeah, I feel the aura too, but I don't feel anything bad, " she looked at me and smiled to make me sure it's alright and lean closer to the bush." Oh my...", she froze in the middle of the sentence. "What's wrong? ", I lean over her shoulder and saw her - beautiful deer with white fur. With white fur covered in blood, she was laying in the mud breathing heavily, her big brown eyes were full of pain. The tears started forming into my eyes.
"It's her," my wolf whispered in shock. "No, that can't be true.." I refuse to admit it, but I felt the strange bond too. Could it really be her? I refused to admit what I felt. However, all doubts disappeared, when she fainted as we were carrying her to our house. Her body was too tired and she shifted back to her human form. I would be blind if I didn't see it, but I decided to ignore it for that moment. The most important thing is to save her.
"Please, call the Gaia to check on her wounds," I said to Azu, when we entered the house, she nodded and ran away. I carried the girl to one of the empty bedrooms and laid her carefully on bed. I stroked her forehead gently and sigh nervously. It felt like eternity, but Gaia finally entered the door and rushed to the bed. "You need to go.." she looked at me with worried eyes. "I would like to stay here," I look at Gaia with pleading eyes. "No, it won't be a good sight." I sigh and walked out of the room. It felt like eternity. Finally she walked out of the room. " How is she?", I exemined her face, " Can I see her?". " No not now, she need to rest. But you can go and check up on her in a few hours," she smiles. I asked Azu if she can checked up on her, because I had important meeting in town. But right when i get back home I rushed to see her. As I was rushing I burst into Azu coming down the stairs. " She waked up a bit ago, but now she's sleeping again, everyone will be coming to eat a dinner soon ," she smiled at me and walked to the kitchen. I opened the door quietly and walked to the bed. So now I'm standing next to her bed and watching her breathing calmly as she sleeps, thinking how strange is it, that in one moment you're just going for a walk enjoying the nature around you and the second one the world stops and turns around...
