Chapter 26: There's No Leaving Anymore

I woke up the next morning feeling a bit dizzy and cold. I stood up but my head hurts so bad. I stayed still for a few seconds and when I felt better, I went near the window. It wasn’t raining anymore. I think the storm has passed although there was still no sign of the sun coming out anytime soon. I went back to my bed and cuddled with my pillow. I covered myself with the thick blanket as I felt colder than usual. I massaged my head a little until I felt better. I am not in the mood to go out and see Kyle now, so I guess, I’ll just have to stay in here longer. I closed my eyes and decided to sleep some more.
