HAZEL The sun was beginning to set, casting long shadows across the land. We had been traveling for hours, the rhythmic clip-clop of hooves and the occasional rustle of leaves our only company. As the twilight deepened, excitement began to stir within me. We were nearing the Shadow Moon Pack, a place I had only heard whispers about. The air grew crisp and fresh, carrying the distant scent of pine needles and damp earth. As we drew closer, I could feel a sense of anticipation building.
