Passives speak louder than birds
Steve is on his way to work at Trump International Hotel. Never late until this evening of subway train delays. The goal was to reach employment site two hours early, however arriving on time is a no-go.
Showing up fifteen minutes after the scheduled shift causes the security staff coverage to become irate. Lucy dials her supervisor's number to ask about Steve's whereabouts. Supervisor Blair Boboso states that Jobs' always been to work punctual, not once being tardy throughout his seventeen years hired.
If attitude was everything, Jobs exemplified a bad one. When he spoke to fellow workers, delivery set the tone for aggressiveness. Lucy would always say to Steve: 'talk to me as I do you'. Jobs could not see pass the fact that he held a higher position and felt owed a great deal of admiration.
Respect is earned, not given. So many employees in the past wanted to report Jobs actions but we're afraid he would find out and give them a write up. After all, no one can afford to lose a position when they have families to feed. Deciding to suck it up and take rude demeanor like champs didn't come easy.
Upon getting to work, Lucy rolls her eyes at Steve. She says, 'Imma be late picking my daughter up from the baby sitter thanks to you'.
Steve replied by saying: we all have setbacks so deal with it. The next time you give off a poor sentiment I'm going to write you up and make mention of that uncivil act. Lucy clocks out and leaves the premises.
Things happen in mysterious ways. Half way into 8 hour shift completion, Steve decides to take a break by listening to slow jazz tunes on his Apple iPod Touch 32 GB MP3 Player. A moment of relaxation had come. As Jobs fell into a half conscious state.
He enters into a world where there is no tolerance for confrontation. The people know nothing but windless way of thinking. Steve dreams about him being a titled neighborhood friendly instead of security guard for sixty minutes which felt like a century of living.
A 'neighbor friendly' holds the position of a town overseer and doesn't allow conflict to take place. For the old world, perfection would be an exaggeration of pertaining characters. Adapting to the times can make a smooth jurisdiction go round.
No one wants to constantly worry about what life stresses will be thrown at them. All beings need the ability to put their minds at ease. Relaxation is to never be deterred by nature. For all follow laws of the land;when the birds speak, the people listen.
Beedi is one of five hundred daily rotating horn messengers. She is a Finch, calm bird breed. Automated ear ring with message goes off in folks minds' every morning prior to sunrise entailing positive thought for the day. Life expectancy is eternal long as abundance of peace resides. If this ever drops below par, the world will face damnation.
Jobs' comes in contact with an 'abrupt unfriendly' who aims to disturb the town. Not equipped to forego confrontation, Jobs kills him with kindness. The unfriendly says he played too many evil games on others and was placed in a new realm where he must be nice.
Steve Jobs awaken from his dream and is back to the real world. Speaks to himself: Maybe I'll try to do away with my quarrelsome approach towards colleagues. Everyone deserve that given respect.
Jobs' buy dozens of Dunkin Donuts for the staff, as they are invited to his home for a social gathering. Openly stating that he apologize for the way he been treating workers over the years. When one is in position, he needs to have a reality check when necessary. There are no little I's and big you's around these parts.
The people all clapped and cheered for Steve's owning up to what he had done. One by one they each apologize for the times they could have avoided encounters themselves. Forgetting about the job no-touch policy, the staff employees gave out the biggest hugs to one another imaginable. We must do this more often spoke, Steve.
