VALERIE’S POV
It’s been five days, and Gloria didn’t show any sign of waking up. When I asked the doctor about her condition, they said that it needed time to regain her consciousness and her condition was stable.
“If she’s stable, why is it take this long for her to wake up?” My wife was ready to throw her hands at the doctor when I stepped up and grabbed her wrist.
“The doctor knows what he’s doing. Let the man do his job, and we shall wait outside.” I dragged my wife out of the room and waited for the doctor to complete his routine check.
“Why did you stop me from giving a piece of mind to that useless doctor?!” I raised my hand when my wife was ready to start a war with me. I admire how beautiful she is when she’s angry, but she needs to control herself more.
