1 - Introduction...
Luana:
My name is Luana Lunae, I am 20 years old, strong, and a warrior with many skills in the pack. I can run as fast as my father, Alpha Marcos Lunae. I have great strength, and when I shift into my white wolf, it feels like everything multiplies in an almost uncontrollable way. My father has always trained me along with my brother, Orfeu Lunae. He is different from me. My brother has always tried to match my level, but he never could—he is always slightly below. That has always made him angry. We don’t get along very well; he always treats me badly. I never understood why he is like that, but I also don’t care because I know I am better than him. Our rivalry worries our parents a lot, but we are not crazy enough to fight—unless he tries to hurt me. Then, I will retaliate with pleasure.
I have many friends in the pack, but my favorites are Isabel, Alex, Richard, and Amara. They are all a little younger than me because most of my other friends have already found their mates and have responsibilities with them. I am happy for all of them, but at the same time, I feel sad that I haven’t found my mate yet. I have wondered many times if he died or found someone else and doesn’t want to meet me. I wish I could feel what everyone talks about when they find their mate—the fantastic scent, the racing heart, the spark on the skin, and the pleasure igniting the mind and body.

Orfeu:
My name is Orfeu Lunae, I am 25 years old, a warrior, and the beta. I am always with my father, training and learning everything to protect and lead our pack. My father is a fantastic wolf, and I have great admiration for him. Marcos:
My name is Marcos Lunae. I am the Alpha of the Eastern Pack. We have many members, and it is not easy to lead everyone, but with the help of my Luna, Zara, I manage. I have two children, a pack, and many secrets. I feel that the time of peace is coming to an end and that something big is approaching… My heart is heavy. The Pack:
The Lunae Pack is located in a forest in North America. Our climate is usually cold, with snow in some areas, but in the summer, the heat allows everything as the climate warms, the forest becomes more vibrant, and animals are seen more frequently. The forest is home to a wide variety of wildlife—raccoons, moose, reindeer, deer, bears, foxes, lynxes, martens, squirrels, hares, beavers, and various birds, as well as us, the wolves.
Our vegetation is not very diverse due to the cold temperatures, but our trees are beautiful—larch pines, firs, spruces, birches, beeches, willows, and rowans. This makes the place perfect for our home and pack.
We built our home near the stream for easy access to water. There is a stunning waterfall, and we do everything to avoid drawing attention from humans. However, we are not archaic—we have cell phones, televisions, brick houses, and heating. We even have several cars, though we rarely use them unless we need to leave the forest and go to big cities.
We could say we are a private municipality. We pay our taxes like everyone else and keep everything properly regulated. But to avoid raising suspicion from the outside world, we claim to follow an ancient and conservative religion, which is why we keep the gates of our small city closed. Everything is surrounded by high walls while preserving Mother Nature.
We have younger members who can leave to study if they wish and return later. Our family has investments in various industries, allowing us to sustain our home and pack. We all live in great comfort. The Lunae family has over a thousand years of history. Our wealth has been passed down for generations.
Alpha Marcos built two large five-story buildings. The first is located in the heart of the municipality and includes a gymnasium and a sports field. The second building is near completion and will serve as apartments for new members, should the need arise. The Alpha always thinks about expanding his pack and ensuring everyone's comfort.
Everything within our territory is built by us. We have pack members in every profession—doctors, nurses, cooks, teachers, engineers, and more.
