A team that played good football and a club that developed excellent players. A profitable club that bought players cheap and sold them high, and the only team whose fans had every right to sing ‘When the Saints Go Marching In’. Shyton United had their own version but it was titled, ‘When the Fudge Packers Go Marching Out… then In’.
With Shyton United close to the top of the table, this was a monumental game against a team that matched their ambitions and were surely one of their main competitors, especially if Shyton United kept their good form going.
