27th February, 2014With the culprits of the Shyton United burglaries still at large and as likely to be caught as the South Yorkshire Police were likely to do the right thing, everybody in Shyton was on edge. And things were about to get edgier when I turned on my computer that morning and read on the BBC News website that beloved Shyton United owner, Alexander Kovich had been killed in a car bomb attack outside his palatial home. Apparently, when he was blown up, there was blood, guts and rabbit fluff all over the place. The police had many suspects, and a lot on their plate. I didn’t doubt that they’d need to call in extra police to help with the workload, I just hoped that they didn’t ask for help from the South Yorkshire Police. I made my usual trip to Maury’s, hoping for some answer
