8th December, 2013Games truly were coming thick and fast, as just several days later they had a game with Aston Villa, a team that you just felt in a couple of years would achieve great, wondrous things. As a Shyton United supporter, I hoped that this imminently born-again powerhouse wouldn’t rear its ugly head during this game! Aston Villa was probably the most fearsome team in England; they weren’t nicknamed ‘Villans’ for nothing. However, Aston Villa’s form hadn’t been up to much. They’d secured a notable opening day victory but since then had slipped away. Perhaps they were like a caged tiger waiting to be released.
