"What are you up to Seinna? I'm seriously not interested in this madness, please" he scolded me and the way he raised his voice at me, made me even more curious.
"Do not come too close to me, if all you're going to do is try and touch me. I really don't appreciate it" he said calmly and I raised my eyebrows in amusement.
" You act like I'm trying to hurt you for real. Aldo, I just need someone to help me step up my game. Someone to be married to untill all of this comes to an end. .." I trailed off.
"And you want me to be your scape goat? have you ever thought about how selfish you sound right now Seinna? I only saved your life, I didn't have a sign post on my head saying I'm single and looking for a wife" He snapped angrily.
If there was one thing I've noticed about this man, it's the fact that he doesn't like people forcing their opinions away, and then, that's what I love doing.
Life wasn't always a bed of roses, like most people thought It was for the Royal family. My dad was always the secretive one, going out of his way to get things done, even if it meant conniving with the likes of men from the mafia to get it done.
Galvino is the son of one of his top investors. They introduced him to me on my 23 birthday, we dated for two years before things went South. Galvino was my first kiss, my first love and all. I can't believe I was stupid enough to give him my first.
I wasn't a Virgin, Galvino and I broke my virginity the summer before all of this happened, for some odd reason, I didn't feel the fulfilment I expected to feel and ended up regretting after it happened.
I liked to follow the Royal rules, one of the things father loved about me. He hated the fact that Victoria was always on the scandal, I was the opposite; Prim, proper, I followed the rules and everyone loved me.
I have always been hiding behind my duty as the heiress, the same stupid duties that nearly had me killed a night to my wedding. I'm done being the prim and proper princess.
"I don't see a ring, neither do I say a wedding band. And so if you ask me, I'd say you're single and allowed to mingle my love" I said and he took a deep breath in and out.
" I have not thought of getting married yet, and if ever do, I want a less controversial woman Seinna. One that won't drive me out of my mind. You are a walking red flag" Aldo said and my jaws literally dropped.
" If you ask me, that's the meanest thing you can say to a woman, I'm not even pretending " I spat angrily.
" I came here because I got the information that you're awake. Please listen to me and don't try to cause trouble, please " he said calmly and I folded my hands against my chest.
"It's either you marry me, or get me another influencial man" I said and he rubbed his forehead.
' Seinna, I don't have the time to babysit you. I've got a lot of work to do, and I honestly don't want to be involved with a woman who wants my eyes on her 247. You're giving that vibes. The people who wanted to murder you, definitely feel like they won in the long run, things can go crazy if you don't listen to me" he said and I smirked.
" I can think about it if you marry me my Lord.." I said and he looked taken aback by my words.
" I prefer you call me Mr De Luca" he said almost immediately, as he sent his hand to his neck to loosen his tie.
" You don't enjoy it when I call you my Lord, isn't that what men like? a woman that worship them? Aldo marry me" I said and he took a deep breath in and out.
" Didn't you just rise up from the dead?" he asked and I stared at him in shock. " I'm not Jesus!" I exclaimed.
"But then, it's obvious you need Jesus. Why else will you act like this. You barely even know me ..Yet you're ready to marry me because of some stupid revenge plan in your head. I'm scared of what you would do if you have your way. It freaks me out" he said and tried to catch his breath.
" So now I'm the cheap one? because I asked you to marry me?" I asked calmly.
" I didn't say that, I just want you to stop trying to make me marry you. please " he said and I turned then walked towards his bed without saying anything.
" Seinna " he called and I ignored him.
" So now you're not going to listen to what I have to say?" he asked in shock.
" I prefer to remain with my thoughts, cause it's obvious you don't want to marry me" I said and his phone rang.
" Frederico, Yes I'm back in Sicily. I'll send the files offer " He said a few other words in Italian language as he removed his confligs.
" Goodnight Bro" he ended the call and turned to me.
" Your brother? Is he single? Can you link us up? Since you have decided to not marry me" I asked seriosely.
" I'm not interested, and I'm sorry to burst your bubble. Frederico is happily married and not ready to marry a controversial heiress. You're all over the news already" he said and I looked away.
' Run all you want, it's either you marry me or you marry me, either ways a the marriage would happen. I don't mind chasing you" I said smirking and he rubbed his forehead, then cursed under his breath.

[ AT THE MARINO MANSION]
" Seinna's funeral was a success Galvino we have nothing to worry about. This was our initial plan from the onset, if we plan things the way we had intended to, I will be coronated as the new heiress in a few months, you have nothing to worry about" Victoria said as she rubbed his chest then kissed his cheeks.
" That's not even what I'm thinking about" he said and she stared at him like he had lost it.
" That's not what you're thinking about, then what are you thinking about?" she asked and he stared at her.
" My mom and I had our plans before the wedding Victoria. My family is in depts. The marriage to Seinna was my one way ticket to freedom, yet you went out of the initial plan and murdered her" he snapped angrily.
" Oh so now it's on me? What were we supposed to do when she already found out about us? Sometimes you speak like you have got no sense, and yes, it baffles me" she snapped angrily.
"The truth was out in the open, I had to end Seinna to save out sorry selves. If you can't shut up, kindly avoid me" she snapped angrily and tried to get up from the bed but he pulled her back.
" Babe I'm sorry, It was not supposed to come out like that. I'm just really worried about the dept. " he said and she stared at him.
" I'll talk to my mom, I'm pretty sure she can convince my dad to speed up the coronation, the party would happen in a few weeks. For now, we just have to convince Daddy dearest to stop mourning his sweet daughter " Victoria spat as she drank from her glass of water.
" Do you know the relief? having to watch her die. Seinna was a complete nightmare. She had it all, He lover her way too much. She had every single privilege, from going to oxford, to being mentioned in Forbes top 10 Young female CEOs. She is a walking Sensation, yet I struggled to ever measure up. She was going to marry you Galvino. Yet you stand here, regretting the fact that we killed her!" she snapped angrily.
" Babbbe you're getting it all wrong, I don't regret the fact that you ended her. I'm just worried about the depts my family owes hers. You have to do something about it Vicky. Please, I don't want it to exceed two weeks" he said and she stared at him desperately.
" I'll talk to my mom, At least we should be married by a month. The world should believe we found love in each other, after all I am pregnant and Seinna is dead and gone, she's never going to come back" Victoria spat as she burst out laughing.
Galvino phone rang, he walked towards the pool side fo take the call, while ignoring Victoria. He was here to play a game, not fall in love with Victoria who believed he would worship the ground she walks on, how stupid of her.
It was only a matter of time, he did not come for love, he came to take over the Marino wealth, Victoria had better watch her back.
He didn't give a bullsh!t about that baby in her womb, He was here to fight dirty, and he was going to keep it up.
" Hello" Galvino said to the other person on the line as his eyes darkened.
