Maya dumped boxes of decorations in the living room floor as Josh came out of the bathroom. He was freshly showered and had a towel wrapped a round his waist. His left peck sported a new tattoo that warmed Maya’s heart. It represented her, or rather the moment that set things in motion for them. It was the night sky with a bright moon and twinkling starts scattered through the darkness. Maya remembered every time she had stood in her favorite spot at home and looked up into the stars, asking the Goddess for answers. “What’s that look for,” Josh asked warily. Maya laughed, “I was just admiring your art work. Now, go get some clothes on and come help me with the Yule decorations. I want to get them put up before we have to go to mom’s.” Josh went to their room and emerged a few minutes lat
