And there were overtones of something more, but something that, for a moment, due to her circumstances, neither of us had figured out how to handle. Too much happened to her recently, too much had gone on, between her miscarriage and her husband filling for divorce, she wasn't ready for no relationship and I was not ready too.. In some ways I was afraid to need her as much as she might need me ..
