3. Both Rejected, 1 Fu*ked Up

Lilith's POV

"He's alone, and we do need to talk." I said to Ray and Momma. Then I looked at Ethan. "They know every single thing about me."

"Even the thing you did with Kai?" He said confusingly.

"Who's Kai?" I was now confused.

"The mind link thing." He whispered.

"Yupppp." Raylynn said, popping the P sound with it.

"When he told us you did that, I was proud but sad at the same time. He got to hear your voice in his head." He said, looking down.

I giggled, thinking this must be the sweet one out of all the Alpha's in the group. 'Don't worry, whenever you want to hear it, just think of me and speak. I'll stay open to you. As long as you don't hurt me.' I mind linked Ethan with a genuine smile. He then looked up shocked and then ecstatic.

"You need to stop mind linking with people." Ray said, laughing.

"Make me," I retorted and stuck my tongue out at her.

"We will give you guys some time alone. Ethan, I'll see you tomorrow morning," Momma said with a stern look.

"I will show up for class tomorrow, I promise Professor Plumm," Ethan said with a grin and his hand over his heart.

I giggled. 'If you need me, mind link me right away. I love you Lily Baby.' Momma mind links me.

"I love you too, Momma Plumm," I said out loud, and Ethan looked at us confused.

"Raylynn has been my best friend since diapers. Momma Plumm is my Godmother." I confirmed.

As they open the door to leave, I hear the other 4 boys speaking down the hallway, "Where the fu*k is Ethan? He disappeared. I can smell him but where is it?" Both of our eyes widened. Then Momma laughs and shuts the door.

"Well, I see they don't know where you are." I said with my right eyebrow raised.

"They wanted all of us to talk to you at once. But I think that's too much to handle, as Venom doesn't have the best track record. So I figured the nice guy would come talk to you one on one. Plus, Kai hasn't made the best impression of Venom." He says while rubbing the back of his neck.

"Why are you guys called Venom? No one will tell me." I asked curiously.

"Because the first letter of each of our names spells out Venom. We actually didn't start it, some other kids did here. It just stuck." He laughed.

"So what is everyone's name? How does Kai fit into Venom?" I asked.

"His name is really Malachi. Only us guys call him Kai. Then there is Vincent, Owyn, me and then Nickolas. We are all future Alphas. But I don't know if we will keep our packs separate or not if you are all of our Lunas." He says a little confused.

"The Moon Goddess wasn't playing when she said she'd fix my mate problems." I mumbled.

"You talked to the Moon Goddess?" He asked, surprised. When I didn't answer right away, he continued," That's fu*king awesome. She spoke to me last night. But she warned me to be good to her baby. I was confused. Now I know why! Oh My Goddess, you're a Descendant aren't you?" He got excited. He didn't stop there. "My beautiful mate is a descendant, Goddess, I am one of the luckiest men in the world!" He started pacing.

"Let me explain to you what happened with my last mate." I said, a little depressed. He stops pacing, looks at me and then growls.

"What last mate?" He growled out.

"If you sit down like a good boy I'll tell you," I said sweetly while smiling, then I pat my seat next to me on the couch.

His eyes then beamed at me, and he ran to come sit next to me. I giggled. After holding his hand for a few minutes and just looking into his eyes, I sighed. I have to tell him. So I started telling him about The Ball.

Malachi's POV ( 1 hour earlier)

"I just fu*king smelled her. Where is she?" I said, getting off the elevator.

I see Ethan's eyes beam happily down the right side of the hallway, when he sees me looking, he quickly covers it up.

"Why did you just look so happy E?" I said as I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Her smell. It's a caramel-covered apple with a hint of cinnamon. I love cinnamon." He said with the biggest grin on his face.

Cinnamon? I take a whiff of the scent again, then I smell it. It is cinnamon. Goddess, she smells so damn good.

"We need to find her. She needs to talk to all of us. Who ever wants to keep her can, I will not." I said loud enough, as if she was listening. Doubt it. If she's in her room, she won't be able to hear us at all. They are all soundproofed. No one wanted to hear werewolves having s*x at our age.

"Are you fu*king stupid? She mind linked you. She is fu*king special you idiot." Ethan yells.

He's right. Youre an i***t. And she is special. I cannot wait to hold her. I want to taste her apples all night - I stopped him.

STOP FU*KING PURRING FLEABAG. I yelled at him.

"Zeus is arguing with you over it, isn't he?" Ethan said, smirking.

"He's talking about tasting her. I don't want a fu*king mate!" I pushed my hands through my slicked back hair.

"Listen, we all got a message from the Moon Goddess, what if this was about her? She's special. She can be the reason for something huge. What if she is a blessed wolf?" This time, it was Vincent chiming in.

"Not you too, Vince." I groaned.

"Bro, we ALL need to talk to her. You can't do this without taking a vote, man. This is way too important for you to decide on your own." Nickolas chimed in.

"Fine!" I said with a huff.

"Meet you guys in the dorm. I'm going to go take a shower, okay?" Ethan said.

"Hurry up, or we are voting without you." I said sternly and he threw his head back and laughed.

"You fu*king wish Kai." He answered back, giving me the middle finger high in the air as he walked away.

As us 4 guys sat there talking for 45 minutes, I then went to the hallway looking for Ethan.

"What's up Kai? You smell her again?" Nick questioned.

"No. Ethan had been gone for 45 minutes already. He usually takes 5-minute showers. I just listened, I'm not hearing any one walking or any showers running in the shower room. I don't smell him either." I said, then started walking towards the elevators again. This is the area I smell him in.

I hear a door open, then see Professor Plumm & that girl Raylynn, her daughter coming out of a room. I ignore them and focus on Ethan's scent. I get f*****g mad.

"Where the fu*k is he? He disappeared. I can smell him but where is it?" I yelled. The other 3 boys are going up and down the hallways now.

As Raylynn and Professor Plumm pass us, I smell my mate on them. I grab Raylynn and her mother's wrist.

"Why do you smell of my mate?" I say gritting my teeth.

"I suggest you get your hands off of me Malachi." She snatches both of their wrists out of my grip. "I don't know anything about your mate, but I do know is we were with my Goddaughter, who will burn you alive if you put your hands on us again." She replies with her eyes purple. Purple wolf eyes is for a rare white wolf.

We all knew Professor Plumm and her daughter were white wolves, that's one of the reasons she's never been a target, plus she usually stays out of our way.

"Goddaughter?" Nick said with widened eyes.

"What?" I'm confused. Why does Nick look like he has seen a ghost?

Because youre an i***t. She is our lovely mate's Godmother. Fu*king humans. Zeus says.

"Lilith is your Goddaughter?" I asked with raised eyebrows.

"Fu*k off Venom." Raylynn spits out, then they both spin and walk into the elevator. But the doors close, Raylynn gives me the middle finger with a smirk.

'When the fu*k did this little b***h grow balls?' I thought. She usually always stays out of our way. I guess until our little mate got here.

"Ugh," I sighed. "I think Ethan is with her right now." I said, pinching the bridge of my nose.

"He's been waiting for a mate since he was a pup, Kai. Can you blame him? Just because your first mate was-" Owyn started saying, but I put my hand up, that wasn't on the bridge of my nose, to stop him from finishing that sentence. Waited a few seconds then looked up.

"Do not bring that sh*t up. I know he has. But he could be disappointed. That's what I was trying to fu*king stop." I said tiredly.

"Let go find the E in our Venom boys!" Owyn says cracking his knuckles, then his neck. He's the best tracker in the group. We will find him in less than 5 minutes with Owyn.

I hope you open your fu*king eyes you stupid human.I want my fu*king mate. Zeus states harshly.

'And what happens if she's like the last fu*king one?' I retort at my stupid mutt.

1. She isn't anything like Eve! She isn't going to leave us for more power. 2. Eve was a mate of ours, yes, but Lilith, she's our destined mate! I can feel it. He says as he starts sending me images of wanting to mount Lilith taking over my body!

"Oh fu*king Goddess!" I yell while holding my head.

"What's going on boss?" Vince asked.

"This horny mutt is sending me images of him fu*king Lilith while he's in control." I whispered, trying to get Zeus to quit doing this stupid sh*t.

"Haha, Oh Goddess, bro I can't wait for my wolf to do that.He doesn't need to be in control for me to mount that pretty little a*s of hers." Nick says.

"I hate you all." I said as I stood up straight and followed Owyn to the door Professor Plumm & Raylynn came out of.

I should've fu*king known, Da*nnit Ethan. We started banging on the door and ringing the doorbell, but no answer after 5 minutes.

He had better not touch her. She is to be our FIRST. Zeus growls out.

Will you fu*king stop? I don't want a fu*king mate. They cause us pain. I say through gritted teeth.

"I have an idea for E to know it's us." Owyn stated. He then starts ringing the doorbell in a specific way. I grinned. It was Ethan's favorite song. The one song no one, but us 4 guys knew about. The most girly song ever, an Adele song.

The door opens supposedly, "Do you guys have to use that against me?" Ethan says.

"What happened to coming back to the room to fu*king vote?" I said, gritting my teeth.

"I had to know her. I'm glad I did. You would relate to her the fu*king most." He says, gritting his teeth now.

Now, that shocked me. He is talking about a rejection? Who would reject her?

"You're trying to." Zeus growls lowly at me.

"But I've been rejected, I know what it feels like to not be enough. If she was my first mate, it might've been different." I answer back.

"What do you mean?" Lilith says, coming into view behind him, with her hand on his forearm. This time, I looked down at it.

"Your story is the exact situation, my little demon." He grins at her, she blushes. Then he sighs, "same exact situation, actually."

He then frowns. We all frown. The only way that would be is if she was-

She was the mate the Alpha King's son rejected! Zeus growled.

There's no fu*king way. I retorted.

Look at her face, that's a face Eve and that fake a*s Alpha King is involved. I've seen it on you, on us. He says, but I cannot believe it.

"Who was your last mate, Lilith?"I asked sternly. I need to know if my wolf was right. Maybe, just maybe, we could work this out. 2 broken halves melted into one.

"It doesn't matter. He rejected me for that fu*king bimbo b*tch." She growled out. I smirk, she is definitely my mate.

"I need to know. I need to know if it was the same people that did me wrong." She looked at me with surprise. Did Ethan not tell her my story?

"It is Kai. Let her tell you her story. She is honestly amazing to talk with." Ethan says, then grabs her hand and kisses the knuckles.

"Lilith, I am Owyn, future Alpha of the Crystal Blood Pack. If you're okay with telling your story, at least one more time today, we will all listen together. I see in your face you have said it a few times by now with the hurt on your face. I promise you, you will always be safe with all of us. We are your mates. Which I am shocked by, since none of us are actually related." He makes a little laugh then smirks at her. She nodded and moved to the side.

I was still in shock. Everyone had already made their way into her room. Should I go in? What if she hears my story and thinks I'm too broken, even for her? She held her hand out to me. I looked at it, then looked back up at her face.

"If you are in the same position as me, then I'm sorry. But I know we aren't in the same boat. Which you should always know why." She stated, and I looked at her confusingly and tilted my head.

If you don't grab her electrifying hand, I swear to the Goddess, I'll take over! Zeus groans.

I sigh, then take her hand. Before I know it, when she goes to turn around, I pull her into my chest. I put my nose on top of her head, and inhale her scent. She stiffens for just a second, but then relaxes into me. Her scent is hypnotizing, her touch feels like electricity runs through my veins. It gives me tingles throughout my whole body until I get aroused. I'm guessing she felt that part because she looked up with widened eyes, then pulled away with her whole face completely reddened. I chuckle, love seeing her look embarrassed.

The guys are now admiring her embarrassed state. She really is cute.

"So maybe I should start at the fire, Ethan?" She states as she sits down in a love seat across from the couch where all the guys are. She looks at me and puts her arm out, gesturing for me to join my guys. I go to sit on the arm of the couch, keeping my arms crossed over my chest. I might look like a hard ass right now, but this is the only way I can stop myself from pulling her into my lap.

"That would be best, my little Demon. You can explain your heritage afterward so they understand you more." He says, smirking at the nickname. She giggles.

"You are not going to let that fire down are you?" She laughs now.

"Nopppe." He replied by popping the p.

"Well, it all started with the Ball at the Alpha King's castle."

Lilith's POV

They look sympathetic, not pitied. That's a good sign. Hera stated.

I don't want that either. I want to move the hell on Hera, I replied.

Malachi is gritting his teeth now. Is he mad at me?

"That stupid b*tch didn't just ruin my life, but yours as well? I'm going to kill her!" Malachi grits out.

Now that shocked me. He knows Eve?

That must have been his mate that rejected him. Remember, before we left, there was a rumor that Eve rejected her own mate for the Alpha King's son. Hera says with sadness in her voice.

Now, I'm going to kill her. I retorted.

"Eve was your mate, wasn't she?" I whispered.

He sighs after calming down. He's afraid to look at me. "I understand that you blame me. I couldn't even keep her." He states, then starts to walk away. I look at the other 4 men, then are all shocked by their leader. I ran after him. Once I get to him, I hug the back of him, wrapping my arms around his torso. He stops right in his tracks.

I have tears falling now, "I could never blame you." But after a while, he pushes my arms off him.

"You should." He sounded angry. I cower back.

"Man, what the fu*k?" Ethan said angrily. His claws were coming out, and my eyes widened.

Stop him Lil! He will attack him for us! Hera says.

I started running to him, and did the same thing. The difference is, Ethan instantly calms down. His claws retracted back into his hand, and he held me. "Please don't fight." I whispered with tears still running down my face.

"Kai, I understand your feeling, but you didn't even hear out about her heritage. Sit down." Owyn says, standing up.

"No, I heard her story. I get it now. It doesn't change the fact I don't want a mate. What if she turns out like-" he stopped himself.

"I'm not fu*king Eve!" I yelled as I let go of Ethan. Every single one of my mates looked at me with surprise. I feel my anger growing. Just like that night at the ball.

I hear Ethan calling my name, but I block it out. He's trying to open my hands, but I keep them in my fists. Malachi turns around and sees my orange eyes. But he messed up by turning his back on me. That's when my anger got the best of me. I threw a fireball at the wall. Not to hit him, but a warning shot. Once it hit the wall, he jumped and turned back to me.

"You just fu*king like him. You want to reject me, do it like a man and say it to my fu*king face. He wasn't even a coward to try and walk away without doing it!" I spit out. There are now four guys surrounding me, I don't even realize I'm floating a few inches off the ground.

"I'm not a fu*king coward. Watch yourself little mate." He grits out, but says mate in a sinister way.

"You watch yourself little mate. I'm not a fu*king object you can play with then throw away when you get bored, and I will be standing above you if you so try and threaten me." I now feel the red part of my hair heating up. He looked me over with surprise, but then masked it.

"We will see about that little one." He said, then finally walked out of the door.
