Dean burst into the emergency room, clutching Kate tightly in his arms.
He couldn't forgive himself if anything happened to his wife and baby.
A nurse hurried over with a wheelchair, and Dean carefully sat Kate down.
“ My wife is five months pregnant. She's in a lot of pain. Please help her,” he said urgently.
The nurse nodded and quietly wheeled Kate toward the examination room. They helped her onto the hospital bed, her face pale and tense.
“Dean.... I'm scared, I don't want to lose my baby,” Kate cried.
Dean took her trembling hand and pressed a kiss to it, “Babe, you're not going to lose our baby.” He said softly, forcing calm into his voice.
A doctor entered the room, "Hello, you're experiencing severe pain in your lower abdomen, right? How long has it been happening?
