Dean brushed his fingers gently through his wife's hair as she slept peacefully next to him in his room….thier room.
They share the same bed now, same walls, and he's happy about that.
She stirred softly, lashes fluttering before her eyes opened.
“Good morning, babe,” he greeted, his voice warm.
“Good morning,” Kate said, a sleepy smile curving his lips.
“Did you sleep well?” he asked, a sly grin tugging at his mouth.
She rolled her eyes, swatting lightly at his chest. “Like you let me sleep last night.”
Dean chuckled, smug. “What can I say? I go crazy when it comes to you,”
But his grin vanished when Kate suddenly held her stomach, her expression twisted. Without a word, she rushed into the bathroom.
