Chapter 28
(Lex POV)
My eyes snap open, and suddenly we’re back in our realm—lying in our bed. I’m still trying to get my bearings as flashes of everything that just happened flood my memory. Then, pounding and shouting erupt from outside our door.
“Colton!” I call out to see if he’s awake.
“I’m up,” he groans, already moving toward the door—completely naked.
“Colton, you’re naked,” I remind him, raising an eyebrow.
He glances down, mutters something under his breath, and grabs a pair of shorts. I pull the surrounding blanket, making sure I’m covered before anyone can barge in.
Colton yanks the door open, irritation clear in his voice. “What?”
Sean and Josh stand there, both looking panicked.
“Alpha, we haven’t seen you in two days. We were worried something happened,” Sean blurts
