CHAPTER 20 When I changed my flight, I moved it to mid-morning, leaving time for my new passion—an early morning run. I loved watching the sunrise and the brisk air rushing against my face, stimulating my body more than any amount of coffee ever did. Yes, I called it "my body" because that's what it had become.
