"Not bad for a first attempt,” Ace said. “But you need to have an actual conversation with women and not be using your alpha charms to flirt with them. Be yourself."
“I was being myself. At first I was being you but then I decided to be myself when I didn’t know how to be you.”
Ace sighed. “This is going to be a long journey for you and I.”
Back in my office, Ace suggested another approach. "Why don’t you write her a letter? Pour your heart out on paper."
The idea appealed to me. It seemed like a way to express my feelings without the immediate pressure of a face-to-face conversation. So, we sat down to draft the letter.
