Chapter 41
Raven’s POV
While training in the gym, Emilia had finally given me permission to lift heavy weights after many threats from Astra and I.
She wasn’t happy about it but she let me practice with some very difficult lessons.
It was easier to watch people practice and all I had to do was follow their footsteps. I did it and it went smoothly for me.
That was until I was lifting a weight already too heavy for me.
Emilia walked up to me and sneaked in heavier weights which I didn’t see her drop.
After getting myself ready, I lifted the weights only for it to come crashing down on my ribs, breaking some of my internal organs as I fell to the ground with the weights denting the ground.
I winced in pain as I laid on the cold gym floor, clutching my injured rib.
