Raven’s POV
He took my hand in his, his touch sending shivers down my spine. "Love is a risk, I won't deny that," he replied, his voice steady. "But sometimes, we have to take that risk in order to find something truly… beautiful. I believe in us, in what we could be together. And I'm willing to take that chance, even if it means facing the possibility of pain."
His words spoke with me, touching my wolf deep within my soul.
I had built walls around my heart to protect myself, but his presence was slowly breaking them down, brick by brick.
His faith in us filled me with a sense of courage I hadn't felt in a long time.
