There's a man name Mang Pen living with her only child name Terisita,terisita is a grade one student. The first scenario is Mang Pen sat down crying alone ih his house due to his daughter died in an accident, he reminicing every moment with his daughter and the flash back coming, the scene is Mang Pen driving his sidecard to get terisita to get on her school. Mang Pen is a sidecar driver that cannot read and write some of their bonding are terista teach his father about lesson fron their school. They leave happy every day, one day the teacher bet, the teacher of terisita said to her that she have honor for being a good student, she is the top one to their class, and terisita are excited to share this to his father. When Mang Pen hear the good news he decided to make wooden alikanysa and save money before the awarding ceremony to buy terista some new shoes and dress to wear on the day of event. That is why Mang Pen do double job to earn money and save to buy gifts for terisita. One day one of his friend told him that there are o going construction that need some manpower if he want he can go and do the job to earn more money, and Mang Pen grab the oppurtunity. The time passing by Mang Pen do everything that he can to earn and save money for terisita. But one day after work, Mang Pen headed to go to school to pick up terisita with his side car, he grab buss to go home, but unporunately the bus are full of passenger so he stand on the whole trip. On the other side Attorney Dian, an private attorney driving on the road but Unfortunately her car are over heating,she check the car but the car cannot work on time and she is on a hurry because she had some hearing to attend that is why she decided to take a bus, when she go inside she is to much depress due to that the buss are full of passnger but she doesnt have any choice. While the bus are headed the way the road are getting rough that cause passenger move to one another, and one moment she hear some agony a voice of a girl accusing a man being molester and pervert, and he accused Mang Pen, the girl said mang Pen continously touch her on his body part but Mang Pen said it is not true it happen due to the rough raod and shaky bus, but the crowd are on the girl side and while Mang Pen explaining one man punch him continously, on other side attorney Dian are not seeing clearly what happend. The bus stop on nearest police station, and she saw Mang Pen that full of blood on his face grab by a man to the police station. Everybody whispering bad to Mang Pen and Attorney Dian cannot understand what happened she only know are there's molester on the bus, but she hear some voice saying ,"The Man is so pitiful, it's not his fault, the bus was just moving and I even videoed them. he just looks tired, maybe he just came from work" . And Attorney Dian ask him. " do you take a video?" .. yes said by the boy .. attorney dian ask man to send her the video and make the bus stop immediately. On the police station the poor Mang Pen cannot fight on his own he feel dizzy and tire all he said is "Can I go now, its been late my daughter waiting for me so long .. please Im begging" but the girl are to upset and she wang to file some case for Mang Pen, but suddenly Attorney Dian came and stop the agony saying "what you are accusing him of is not true" .. wait who are you ask by the Girl "Im Attorney Dian and I'm her attorney and i had a video proof that can say that my clieng are not guilty .. but the girl are to upset and shout to her " I dont care i fell that im abuse by this man and I make him to jail" .. "okay" Attorney Dian said " but if you can't prove everything you're accusing, I can sue you for defamation in public" and the girl are getting afraid for what attornery said, and the woman did withdraw the case to Mang Pen. "Are you alright Sir" ask by Attorney.. yes mam thank you for being my lawyer I dont have any money to pay you now Mam bacause Im saving moner for my daughter School Ceremony" said by Mang Pen.. " because my daughter had award fo being good on his school" as per Mang Pen, .... Wow your daughter is great.. I know she is because your a good father too.. Attorney Dian said.. "okay just for now get my calling card, if you need me or you will pay me back, just call or text me okay?" jokingly said by the attorney ... "Thank you Mam" polite said by Mang Pen. Mang Pen alreay got home and grab his side car to pick up terisita from school, "its been late night" said by Mang Pin while driving the side car, while terisita waiting on the side of the school, teacher see terisita, "oh hi terisita still waiting for your father?" ask by teacher Bet.. yes teacher maybe papa do something important why he is late" said but terisita..." okay i'll go a head" as per Teacher Bet, because terisita waiting so long, she decided to walk to get home while on crossing on the street she did not notice a rushing car towards her, and the car hits terisita crolling on the street with full of wounds and blood, the driver are a drunk man name Carlito with his friends, he go outside to check what happened and he saw little girl hit by his car , Carlito shocck and afraid, he doesn't know what to do, "the girl is still alive" said by the freighten Carlito , get up in the car as per his companion , go hit her again as one of his friend , are you crazy shes still alive Carlito said.. get up to your mine she saw you and it will give a big problem to us if she will still alive maybe will go to jail as his friend, even Carlito are still afraid he hit terisita again that cause her death,on the other side Mang Pen are saw what happened on the other side He run towards terisita shouting with crying voice, He try to stop the car that trying to get away, he go in the front of the car try to stop it and he saw the face of the driver "come on come on" as one of the friend of Carlito He bump Mang Pen and splattered and lay down bloody and the car are get away, while Mang Pen crying and try to reach his daughter.
